Friday...

I got out of bed after shutting my alarm and like any other morning, I went to my closet to get dressed.

I put on a grey hoodless sweatshirt with some denim black ripped shorts. I tied my hair half up half down, brushed my teeth then went to school with Jack.

Lunch... (Jackson's P.O.V)

Once the lunch bell rang, I left class and began walking towards the closest stairwell to get downstairs.

But as I was walking, however, I yet again saw Ana walking my direction. I've seen her multiple times since Monday but I was just too annoyed to try and talk to her again. And seeing her right now, I still felt annoyed.

I knew I said I probably wouldn't try to talk to her again, but at this point, I was just annoyed with this situation as well. And the only way I'd get rid of this situation was by talking, or at least trying to talk to her.

So I decided to give it one more try.

I took a small deep breath and began walking specifically up to her. She looked up at me once I got to her. I could see her get nervous right away.

"I need to talk to you." I said quietly but firmly as my hands went into the pockets of my jeans. "I-I can't." Ana said back quickly. "I-I have to get to m-my friends." She started walking past me before she even finished her sentence.

This was so fucking annoying.

I sighed from anger as I turned to her direction to see her walking down the hall.

I really didn't like that she was making me push for a single fucking conversation with her. Why was I the one that had to chase her around?

I wasn't going to let this happen again.

"Come on," I raised my voice as I turned in her direction. This caused a couple of looks from the few other people in the hall. She stopped walking but didn't turn to me just yet. "after everything, you can't just give me a few minutes to talk?" My voice stayed loud but firm as I was aggravated with this situation. After a few short seconds, she slowly turned to me.

I couldn't read the expression on her face.. It was somewhere between nervous and upset.

"Fine.." Ana spoke quietly, looking down before back at me. I sighed in relief. It's about time...

So, we walked together but silently to this small balcony and couch place that was nearby. When we walked in there, we went over to the balcony that looked over the atrium. Our forearms rested against the ledge as we stood there beside each other silently and a bit awkwardly for a few seconds.

"So um.. I just didn't want to end things the way we did.. I-I think both of us could use some closure.." I spoke awkwardly, really trying to bury my anger at this point. "I guess.." Ana continued to speak really quietly while looking down.

I took a small deep breath.

"Look," I said, turning to her. She hesitantly looked up at me. "I'm really trying my best here to control the anger I'm feeling so we could end this all in a proper way." I told her, just to be clear with my intentions. Her eyebrows furrowed slightly. "W-What do you mean by 'end this all'..?" Ana asked me, seeming confused but also a bit concerned.

That part kind of slipped out.. I didn't mean to bring that up in that way.

"With what you told me before.. about your feelings, as well as what you did that day.. After thinking about it a little, I don't think we'll be able to have any sorta relationship anymore." I explained, feeling kind of awkward by just saying it like that. Her mouth fell open slightly and she looked surprised. "Really?" She asked me quietly, sounding hurt.
