One Month Later... 

Today was Friday so I was very happy it was going to be the weekend. I just had to get through this dreadful school day.

But for now I got out of bed and went to my closet to get dressed for today. I got dressed it a white slightly cropped t-shirt with some black high waisted ripped jeans. I put my hair half up half down, brushed my teeth, then went to school.

Lunch... 

After business class was over, I went to my locker like usual to swap out my binders. While I was there, Shayna suddenly appeared next to me. "Hey, I was gonna meet you in the caf'." I told her with a smile, shutting my locker. 

"Yeah but I just decided to come here because I was craving a slushy from the caf' and you always get one when I do so I figured we'd go get them together." She explained. "Oh, yeah sure, let's go then." I smiled.

So we went to the cafeteria and to the little room where you could buy food. Shayna got an orange slushy and I got a blue one. Once we paid and everything, we left the little room and began walking to the tables. 

As we were doing so, I was talking to Shayna so I wasn't exactly looking where I was going. So as I result of that, I ended up bumping into somebody and spilling my entire blue slushy all over their white shirt. But apparently, this person also had a slushy because the next thing I knew, there was orange slushy all over my white shirt as well. 

Both of us gasped and Shayna stood on the side with her hand over her mouth and her eyes wide.

I looked up at the person and almost had a mini heart attack when I saw Jack. He looked at me as well and his eyes widened. I was about to apologize quietly until he spoke up. 

"What the fuck Roni?!" He said kind of loudly, clearly not very happy. He zipped up his sweater and easily covered the blue stain. I was shocked that he actually sad something to me. But wow, after almost a year, these are his first words to me? Was he seriously this mad at me? Well if he was this mad, that obviously made me kind of mad too.

"It wasn't completely my fault!" I said back. "How? It was clearly you who bumped into me!" He started shouting, causing a lot of attention. "Well you clearly weren't looking either if you didn't move away!" I shouted as well. 

"Guys! Stop fighting, you're gonna get yourselves in trouble!" Shayna said, standing in between us. But we continued to shout at each other, ignoring her. We all continued shouting, Shayna still trying to break us up but failing. 

But that was until a teacher showed up, causing all of us to shut up. He stood there with his arms crossed, looking annoyed. "All three of you, detention for the rest of the lunch." He told us. "Oh my god..." Jack mumbled, sounding annoyed as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Nice going guys.." Shayna said quietly. "Blame him.." I mumbled as well. 

So, we all went up to an empty classroom for detention. The teacher left us in there then shut the door and stood outside. I sighed as I leaned against a table and Shayna sat across from me. Jack sat on a table one away from being beside mine. 

"I can't believe I'm actually here right now." Jack said before sighing. "Why? 'Cause otherwise you're too busy with your precious friends from the rugby team?" I said, clearly sounding annoyed. "What's it to you?" He glared at me. "Oh nothing at all." I gave him a very clearly fake smile. "Then don't freaking make it sound like you have a problem." He said, leaning his hands back on the table. "Whatever, I can say whatever I want." I crossed my arms.

Shayna stayed silent the entire time.

"This is all your freaking fault.." He mumbled, looking the opposite direction. "You're really going to say that again?" I raised a brow. "Well it's true so why not?" He shrugged, looking back at me again.
