5 Months Later... (Jackson's P.O.V)

The past few months, have been.. weirdly, very peaceful..

I have had to deal with Ema or Dara's bullshit a total of zero times within these months. It was VERY nice. In fact, I had two of my classes with Ema and she talked to me a few times and it was weirdly not bad. I mean, she was still being flirty but after every 'flirtatious' thing she said,, she'd chuckle as if it was a joke.

Honestly, talking to her those few times was actually decent.

I was very confused.

Veronica's P.O.V...

We were now in our last month of high school. Actually, half this month already went by so we only had half a month of high school left.

Time really felt like it flew by. Since these last five months were absolutely drama free, it made sense. This semester wasn't even difficult either, workload-wise.

Everything really just felt amazing.  Even though our friend group was already extremely close, we somehow got even closer within these months. In fact, I even became pretty good friends with Jack's guy friends.

So because we had so much fun, graduation was going to be extremely bittersweet. On one hand, I was happy to be moving on to the next step in my life. I even got into University of Toronto for Dramatic Arts since high school has taught me that I really enjoyed acting. I didn't know for sure if I wanted to base my career on it yet, but luckily I didn't HAVE to figure any of that out yet. If worst came to worst, I'd just change my major. It was a great feeling to know that my life was maturing. I liked knowing that in just a few months from now, I was going to be gaining a whole new set of knowledge in a whole new, mature environment.

But on the other hand, I was really going to miss this aspect of my life. I mean, this was the place where I was met with some of the greatest things in my life, who make me who I am today. For example, I became MUCH more confident than I used to be. Or, I discovered the love of my life that has been in front of me all along. Or the greatest friends I could possibly wish for. I also gained some experience in dealing with some not so great people, like Ema. I even got the honor of being able to watch someone grow into their best self, Alena. I was definitely going to miss the place that shaped my new and improved life.

I was getting a little ahead of myself right now though. I still had two weeks to go. But graduation was next Wednesday which felt really soon.

So anyway, after shutting off my alarm, I got up from bed and went to my closet to get dressed. I put on a navy blue cropped t-shirt along with some light blue denim shorts. I put my hair into a high ponytail, brushed my teeth, then went to school with Jack.

Period 2... (Jackson's P.O.V)

When period one ended, Roni and I said goodbye to each other with quick hugs then headed our separate ways to get to our net classes.

I headed down to the second floor and went into my psychology class. I had this class with Jeremy so that was good. I walked into the room and sat at my normal seat in there. Jeremy showed up a minute later and we greeted each other as he sat beside me.

everybody else showed up to class within two minutes. When they did, the teacher got up to speak up.

"Alright, so. As you all should know, You're getting your final assignments for this course today. They'll be due next Tuesday so that you all can enjoy your graduation in peace. Also, this will be a partner assignment, just to make things a bit easier for you all." The teacher told all of us. This was going to be my last assignment of high school. "But before any of you start picking your partners, I've spent all of last evening organizing them for you. For everybody in this room, I tried to pick a partner for you that I haven't seen you interact very much with. Just to kind of change things up for you all." She told us all. I kind of liked when teachers did that. It was fun to work with and get to know new people.
