Eggman snickered as he sat on his desk. "For years I plotted and toiled, working tirelessly day and night to find the truest essence of evil. And now I finally done it... with my new online ticket selling business!"

"EGGMAN!"

The door slid open, and Penny, Sonic, and the rest of the team ran in, anger on their faces. Sonic walked up to Eggman, glaring at the doctor. "You've gone too far this time, Egghead. We just bought tickets to "Koala Palooza" and your fees are outrageous!"

"What do you mean?" Eggman sneered. "My service just has a few humble processing charges."

Amy frowned. "What about the convenience fee for printing tickets at home?"

"You can always get them shipped or pick them up at the venue." Eggman said.

"But then there is shipping or "we'll call" fees, and it's no longer convenient!" Tails pointed out.

Eggman scowled at them. "I just added another fee... for having an annoying face. Robots, collect!"

Eggman's robots suddenly launched at them, and a fight began at the lair. However, it all went downhill when one of the robots jammed Eggman's control panel. The voice of a computer droned. "Engaging occupant sorting."

Around four tubes shot out, and Penny let out a shriek, but Sonic grabbed her in his arms and she clung to him, hiding her face in his shoulder as he clung to the chair. He grunted as he reached forward to the control. "Just..gotta...turn...it off!"

Sonic quickly pressed a few buttons, and finally the tubes stopped. Cubot, who was also with the two, fell to safety of the ground.

"I did it!" Sonic cheered.

"Emergency lockdown in effect."

"Wait. What?!" Penny yelped. She ran to the door, but the door slammed in her face.

"Lockdown will release in 48 hours."

"48 hours? It's not so bad. I can wait it out." Sonic grinned, getting comfortable in Eggman's chair.

He frowned, anxiety getting the best of him. "What's taking so long?! We gotta get out of here!" He zoomed to the door and tried spin dashing it, but no progress.

"This force-field. It's impenetrable!" Sonic hissed.

" Yeah, and you can't get through it either." Cubot said.

"That's what he means." Penny said, giving the robot an raised brow.

Sonic sat down on Eggman's chair and turned to Orbot. "Quick, what's the password?!"

"Uh..." Cubot winced.

"Seriously..." Penny hissed in annoyance.

TAILS AND AMY....

Tails frowned as he tried communicating the others with his communicator. "We're trapped in the lair basement. Can anyone read me?"

When no one answered, he frowned and turned to Amy. "These force-fields must be blocking communication. Until the lockdown is disabled, there's nothing we can do."

Amy held up a duster. "There's one thing we can do: tidy up! This basement's a pigsty."

She walked off, and Tails groaned in annoyance.

STICKS AND ORBOT....

Sticks growled as she banged at the door trapping her in with a ROBOT of all people. She hissed in annoyance. "Just perfect. Trapped in an evil madman's lair and the only company I got is some soulless robo scum."
