A/N: Definitely time for an add break 👀

And overdue for bringing these two back xx

P.S., I really wish I could have hashed these two and their story out more... I actually really feel something when I visit them and spend time with them🥺... I know a lot of readers don't care for the side stories, but... Idk. They hold a very sweet spot in my heart, and I hate that I have to split their journey up into 10 chapter interludes.

Anywho~~~ I hope u enjoy xxx

Hana had been both dreading and awaiting this day for what had felt like forever—her very first performance with her new company. However after spending so long agonising over it, so quickly, it was over.

It had passed in the blink of an eye, and now that she was standing on stage listening to speeches with all her colleagues, it felt surreal. This was it. Months of work. She had officially made it through her probationary preliminaries and would become an official permanent member of their company.

It was all she had ever dreamed of, and beaming out at her colleagues, and friends, she clapped proudly for every one of them that received special awards. She had never been so full of pride for being a part of something. The people she was standing among were people she had spent countless hours with, learning from, to become the best she could possibly be.

And pride-filled anticipation welled in her as their director beamed out at them, speaking into the microphone.

'I am so very privileged to be able to work with such a group of dedicated young artists,' he announced with a wide smile on his face. 'And just like our wonderful female artists here, it would be crude of me not to acknowledge our wonderful male talent also!'

She smiled, beaming across at the boys to her side—all friends she had come to know so well. Some met her eyes, offering her smiles right back, and it only made her heart warm. It was such a family, and one she was proud to be part of.

'Ladies and gentlemen, the performers before your eyes are all exquisite in their talents, all with their own style and passions to bring forth.

However we must admit, our team has had our eyes on a very fresh talent for a while now. Graduating only very recently top of his class, he has become an invaluable member of our company, bringing new, progressive ideas to our choreography and ideology. We really do feel privileged that we have him in our midst, and so it is with great honour, that I present this award, for most valuable male asset this season, to Ki Jeonghan~'

Applause broke out into the hall, and joining right along, she smiled, clapping for her colleague...

Until stifled laughter sounded among her peers, and suddenly, hands were nudging her shoulders. 'Han-ah,' the girl beside her murmured, giggling. 'That's you.'
