A/N: The M was an afterthought... I swear... 👁👄👁
'Oh, my god, why are these men so hard to get hold of?'
San smirked as he sat on the carpeted floor of their studio flat and stared up at Wooyoung laying on the couch on his stomach, phone in his hands as he redialled the number again. The blonde had been trying diligently over the course of the morning to contact Mingi, however he wasn't answering his texts, and neither was Yunho.
'Could he be sick again?' Wooyoung asked in a suddenly worried voice, looking over at him.
He shrugged. 'How would I know? I haven't seen him. Yunho sounded like he was pretty sure Min was over it though when I spoke to him last.'
'Maybe Yunho's sick then?'
He shook his head. 'Doubt it.'
It didn't seem like Wooyoung had truly believed Yunho was ill either, since he huffed, dropping his phone onto the cushion and dropping his cheek down over it, giving up. 'It's miraculous he didn't get sick, considering I highly doubt they could manage refraining from smooching for an hour, let alone a few days.'
He snorted, highly amused as he thought about his two best friends and their ever-enduring clinginess for one another. Indeed, even if Yunho somehow managed to control himself, he had every faith that Mingi would have gone crawling to him for affection.
However he knew that wasn't the case, and guilt serged in him, because he knew the truth.
Yunho was about a gentle whiff of breeze away from getting down on one knee, and keeping it a secret, was killing him.
Especially keeping it from Wooyoung.
One, he didn't want to keep any secrets from Wooyoung, ever. That was his rule, his personal policy, and his religion.
Two, Wooyoung was the most receptive person he knew, and every time the blonde looked at his face for even just a second, he felt like he would be busted.
And three, honestly, he just really fucking wanted to tell him, regardless. Holding in the knowledge that Yunho was wandering around with an engagement ring in his goddamn pocket was killing him.
But it wasn't his secret to tell, and so despite how badly he wanted to, he tried to keep it inside.
Panic did start to rise though as Wooyoung's cheek resting on the couch meant that his gaze was directed straight at him, and he was openly reading him like it was his comfort sport.
He could literally feel his secret being drawn out of him...
Until suddenly, Wooyoung's phone beneath his cheek began ringing.
