Wooyoung had been trying his hardest to distract himself by editing the photos he'd taken in San's dance classes to put them into advertisements as promised, however sitting on the carpet at the coffee table, it was hard to focus with butterflies in his tummy...
The truth was, although he wasn't even doing anything that different to any other weekday, everything felt different, thanks to one fact...
Technically... He lived here now...
And like all moving days, the sense of something new was particularly present, with the smell of musky books and boxes being moved about in the background by a remarkably sexy San in only his sweats.
Looking up from his laptop, he let his eyes glance across the room until they came to rest upon his boyfriend, all sexy and shirtless picking up a stack of Seonghwa's old textbooks and stacking them with the others. His shoulders were broad and the muscles in them flexing, and his fingers itched to run along them...
Perhaps he might have, if he weren't more overtaken with a kind of nostalgia.
He glanced around the walls of the studio and wondered how he'd gotten there. He assumed these walls held the memories from once upon a time where Hongjoong had been the one visiting his boyfriend... He wondered what kind of sweet, and maybe even spicy memories these walls held, that were now just whispers in the past.
So much had happened since then.
The lease had changed hands, and before he'd known it, he had witnessed San and Mingi moving out of their dorm and into the studio, and just those months they'd spent there had already left such a mark upon the little home...
He glanced over the bed where he remembered his boyfriend having pillow fights with his friend. He saw himself in that bed too, cuddling with San while a past version of himself had gazed out over the studio at Mingi huddled with Yunho in the corner by the windows... They'd spent so much time there, Yunho being brave enough to ignore his embarrassment in favour of being where his heart wished to be. They'd been so cute, cuddling together, making out in a quite heated fashion in their nest of blankets...
"What, are you kidding me?! This is great!" he heard his own voice whisper excitedly, swatting San away. "I can watch this spicy scene straight out of my books, and I don't even have to read the words on the page!"
He giggled at the memory, admiring the heated, passionate show the two had likely not realised had been noticed. They'd spent so much time in that corner that he still occasionally found himself expecting to see them there as he turned around...
It felt strange to think of this place now as somewhere he would share with San... A place that had once been such a social spot for the four of them...
'Woo kitten, are you okay?'
San's gentle voice drew him from his faraway thoughts, remembering times of the four of them laughing by takeout bowls of ramen, and he looked up to see his boyfriend coming to him, regretfully pulling a shirt over his head, but sitting down beside him nonetheless. He smiled smally to himself as he felt San smooth his hand down his back, rubbing gently. 'Mhm~' he hummed sweetly, nodding.
