Getting worked up

We finally arrived at their studio and Felix immediately went over to Jisung when he saw him, Felix had mentioned that he would be waiting for us but more like he was waiting for Felix.

I honestly am glad to see those two together, Felix has been a totally different person since the night of the concert. Jisung seems pretty content with Felix, they would definitely make a cute couple.

"Hey guys glad to see you, I guess it's time to get to work then?" Jisung smiled then wrapped his arm around Felix's waist.

"Yeah, for sure, more excited than ever." I spoke totally not believing myself.

"Wow don't sound so excited." Minho whispered.

I rolled my eyes and then Jisung motioned for us to follow him, Jisung held on tight to Felix while Minho and I followed behind.

After a few minutes we arrived at the studio, looks like we are heading straight into work then, as Jisung opened the door I could see Chan glued to his laptop as usual and Changbin was messing with the sound equipment or whatever.

As we entered the room Jisung closed the door behind him, and Minho went over to Changbin where I walked over to Chan. Yeah, even I don't know why I chose to go over to him, Minho was all work as soon as he walked over to Changbin and both were deep in conversation. Felix and Jisung were of course in their own world and then there was me.

"Always hard at work." I pushed Chan's laptop closed. "Hope you weren't working on anything too important."

"Well, you got lucky." Chan spoke.

Looking up at me he looked...tired maybe, I definitely couldn't see any sort of fire in his eyes. Usually, he always has some sort of remark.

"What no snarky comeback?" I smirked.

I could sense Chan was definitely in no mood, but he eyed me up and down and I could sense his eyes landed on my neck.

"Might want to cover that up, some might think you got abused." Chan sneered.

"Anyone asks then I will just tell them how frisky my boyfriend is. You know Chan you don't look so good you sure you're up to the task for today?" "Oh, don't you worry your pretty little head about me, besides aren't you glad I extended our work?" "I don't give two shits about you, and honestly I'm more ready than ever for our collab."

I smiled at Chan and walked away, walking over to Minho who immediately looked up at me almost as if he sensed me and he smiled at me.

"Everything good?" Minho asked meaning with Chan.

"Oh yeah no everything is good baby." I smiled.

I heard Changbin snicker, and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright let's start working. Shall we start with the choreo, I know it will probably be the most work." Chan suggested.

Chan headed out the door I assume to the dance studio or whatever, and one by one we followed out the door. Jisung and Felix were pretty much attatched at the hip and Changbin was behind them while Minho and I stayed side by side.

All of us gathered in the studio, Felix stood next to me and Minho towards the front while Chan set up his laptop and Jisung along with Changbin worked on the sound setup.

We went over the concept of their song and how they wanted the dancing to go along with aspects of their music video, this part was solely for them and their new release whereas our collab with them will be afterwards.

Minho was the leader, so he gave his opinions first and showed some simple moves, I came in after for any more suggestions and maybe some more complicated steps. Felix was just as good of a dancer, but he stayed more in the shadows and simply just followed what we did, and he was content with that, every now and then he did speak up on his own opinions.

As soon as we got some things settled, we got into place and the three of us stood in front facing the mirror where the other three were behind us and were to follow our lead.

Watching them in the mirror I had to hand it to them they weren't half bad, I can tell dancing wasn't their top priority though, but I don't think we have to take too many days for this.

About a couple hours in and we decided to take a break and it looks like they needed it.

"You guys are pretty decent." Minho grabbed a water bottle and downed half of it.

"Thanks, but you guys are amazing, fuck you're not even breaking a sweat." Changbin chuckled trying to catch his breath.

"Lots of practice." I spoke.

"Changbin why don't you go order some food and half it come in a bit; I don't think we are going to spend too much more time here today. This is pretty much a warmup; we can eat after a bit more practice and then relax." Chan suggested.

"I'm going to get more water, Lix want to come?" Jisung asked and Felix hurried over to follow Jisung.

"I'm going to use the restroom and I'll be back." Minho said.

Well fuck me I guess; everyone leaves me, and I'm stuck with Chan.

I walked over to the other side of the room and sank to the floor; I haven't danced in a minute, so I need to rest a bit. Chan walked over to me and handed me a bottle of water, I looked at him with a coldness, but I eventually took the water.

"Thanks." I spoke.

"I gotta say you were doing pretty good up there, despite everything." Chan's voice trailed off.

"Right well I wasn't going to lie in a hospital bed for the rest of my fucking life, I went to an institution for a while and then I decided I wasn't going to get anywhere in life stuck in that place. I tried to take up dance again and that's when Minho found me." I explained.

Chan's facial expression suddenly changed as if he was actually sorry, "Don't give me that look Chan, you did that to me."

"I know I did...I regret it every god damn day too. Believe me or not Hyunjin but I'm glad you're okay." Chan replied. "You know I'll never forgive you right? I am here with Felix and Minho working a contract with you guys and that's it." "Right okay, whatever you say. I remember you know, when you begged me to never leave you."

So, he wants to play this game huh.

Sure, let's open up old wounds then, God where the fuck is everyone? It takes that long to order food, to get water, to go to the fucking bathroom?

"What a fool I was too, I'm not who I used to be Chan. And I would rather die than go back to the old me, fame really fucked you up you know that? When you watched me every day after school while I was in dance practice you were the sweetest person who was too shy to come up to me until I caught you." I started to say.

"And what a fool I was myself, who knew you would try and tie me down." Chan spat.

I couldn't help but laugh at those words, he really wants to try and blame me.

"You fell for me first Chan and don't you fucking forget that."

I got up and was going to walk out but then everyone decided to show back up, they couldn't have come any sooner.

"Everything good?" Minho walked up to me.

"Yeah, everything is good Min." I smiled at him. I leaned in and kissed him, nothing too heated as everyone was around but it was a soft sweet kiss.

As I pulled away Minho smiled softly at me, "I like this you, maybe we can turn that kiss into something more later?" Minho whispered in my ear.

I can agree to that.

No doubt Chan was watching us, I could sense his eyes on us because I know Felix and Jisung were laughing and talking about something as they were looking at Jisung's phone and Changbin was...struggling with something.

Looks like whatever he was doing was getting the best of him.

"Alright let's get this show on the road, I'm getting hungry, and we all know what happens when I do." Chan spoke.
