Ch 39 - Exposed

After being exposed to something very abnormal. Supernatural even. Jin went straight back home. But maybe it was the adrenaline that kept him going, because as he got home he fell exhausted. His whole body felt different and he was tired.

Everything that happened didn't feel like a dream. It all felt too real to be a dream. To be exhausting and illusions in front of his eyes. But he was so tired and since he didn't have food or the sweets he craved. He fell face flat into his bed. Crawling up and hugging his stuffed Snorlax as he fell unconscious.

Asleep.

Time skip

*KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK*

Jin heard at the front door of the dojo. Groaning out exhausted for some reason. Feeling something on his head twitch and move. But he ignored it as he hugged his stuffed Snorlax and tried to sleep. He didn't set his alarm, but even that was unlikely to wake him. He was that tried. Too tied to get out of bed for anyone.

Aika: JIN! I'M HERE!

Except Aika. As Jin yawned loudly and stretched out in his tight clothes he fell asleep in. He was so tired from the sudden burst of energy in his body, he fell straight asleep as soon as he hit his bed. He wasn't used to it and needed the sleep and time for his body to adapt. But hearing Aikas voice he shimmied out of bed, grabbing his key on his bed side table. Walked down stairs to the front of the dojo. Unlocking the doors to look at Aikas shocked by smiling face.

Jin: *Yawn* Morning. *Yawn* Sorry, I'm very tired.

Aika: Yet active enough to cosplay! I didn't know you like cosplay!

Aika rushed in as she grabbed Jins tails. Causing him to shiver and back away. Feeling his head and feeling his tails. They didn't disappear. They were still on his body. There was nothing temporary about this.

Jin: {Why did Ban lie about that?!}

Ban lied because in the moment, that was the best lie he could come up with at the time. He wasn't the best at lying and he needed someway to explain the string Jin felt in more human terms. In case it was ever possible for Jin to have a normal life.

But now he transformed, Jins life would be anything but normal.

Aika: Jin, those tails feel very real. They're so fluffy and soft. Where did you get them? How are they attached to you?

Jin: I... I don't have tails.

Suddenly a feeling embraced Jins body as he felt his lower back, and his tails were gone. But he knew what that meant as he sighed. It was much more weird having disappearing tails than just having realistic ones.

Aika: HOW DID YOU...

Quickly Jin appeared in front of Aika, holding her close to his body and covering her mouth as she blushed crimson. Looking into Jins crimson eyes and beautiful face. Aika had remembered Eve try inch of his face before. But she could have sworn it looked better now. Much more handsome and beautiful.

Jin: If you don't tell anyone, don't shout and remain quiet. I'll... let you touch them more. But even I don't know why I have them. So can you wait until I figure this out to ask me?

Jin looked down at Aika as she was shorter than him. He grew again at 5 foot 9 after his energy came back to his body. Looking into her golden eyes as she nodded heavily. Jin slowly pulled his hand of her mouth as he embraced the feeling again. His tails and fluffy ears appearing as Aikas eyes widened in amazement. But she didn't rush to touch them.

She hugged Jin. Tightly.

Aika: I'll make sure to keep this a secret! But tell me when you figure out what this is! If you can give me cool superpowers I will love you even after death!

Jin: You'll... love me?

Aika blushed even darker than before. Her whole face turning as red as a tomato ripe in the sun.

Aika: I-I mean of course! Who wouldn't love their best friend that gave them superpowers! But I don't mean it like that! No... I... let me touch your tails!

Aika dived in as she grabbed Jins tails to which he shivered. They were new to him and it was a sensitive feeling he hadn't felt before. Trying to pull away but she wouldn't let him. Hugging his very fluffy golden yellow tails tight.

Jin: P-Please let go. I-I said touch, n-not grab or... h-hug. I... I need to go out for my morning run.

Aika looked at Jins blushed stuttering expression as she smiled widely with bright eyes. Hugging them more and pushing her face into his large nine fluffy tails. This new expression Jin was giving, the show of emotion. She loved it. She had a feeling it wouldn't last long, but she wouldn't let go.

She would saviour it, hugging into him tightly as he tried to get away. But it was too sensitive and she wasn't letting go.

All he knew was that he wasn't getting out for his morning run.

Jin: {I need to read that letter!}

Jin thought as he knew, if Ban knew what he was. It was definitely in that letter. That everything that was happening now could all be explained.

In that letter under his bed.
