Ch 51 - A Stalking Bird

After playing a few good games with Sona and seeing Aika home. Jin did his usual. Then when the night came, he was out in his clothes and loose white kimono. Standing on the edge of a taller building and looking down on Kuoh in his Kitsune form. But it wasn't all completely normal. He had noticed something, someone who had followed him from his house to the building he was standing on, trying to hide but unsuccessfully to Jins senses.

Jin: I told you I have no intention of hurting you Mittelt. You can come out without worry.

Hiding behind the building Mittelt jolted that she was caught. Slowly flying up to reveal herself with her raven black wings out. Looking at Jin suspiciously.

Mittelt: I'm not here because I like you! I just want you to know I'm not a child! You didn't help someone that couldn't have helped themselves!

Jin: I know you're not a child. I know very well you're older than me. But I still would have helped you regardless.

Mittelt: But... why? You're a Kitsune, I'm a Fallen Angel. {He's a nine tails at that. No wonder I had no hope defeating him.}

Mittelt thought looking at Jins fluffy nine tails and fluffy pointy fox ears. Looking at his face as he turned around, slightly blushing at his loose kimono and the muscular body that was shown with the tight black top underneath.

Jin: Does it really matter? I wanted to help you, so I did. It didn't matter your situation, it didn't matter that you were a Fallen Angel or how pretty you are. I still would have helped you regardless.

Mittelt blushed as she turned around. Jin only looked confused as he looked at her floating there. Her wings weren't flapping, instead they were acting as a medium for her magic, enabling her to fly.

Mittelt: Well... I... I didn't need a dumb dogs help! I may be little but I can pack a mean punch!

Jin: That you can, running towards you I noticed your pink spear cause a tree to explode and you did quite a lot of damage to the Stray Devil.

Mittelt stayed turned around away from Jin. But Jin could see with his Ki sense, Mittelt was smiling.

Jin: I assume that you weren't just watching me all the way here to say that you didn't need my help.

Mittelt jolted as she was found out from the very beginning of her stalking. Trying to get rid of her blush as she turned around. Looking at Jin who plainly looked at her.

Mittelt: I was wondering if... well... WOULD YOU LIKE TO HUNT STRAY DEVILS WITH ME?!

Jin: Oh?

Mittelt: Don't get it wrong you dog! I'm strong enough to take them on myself! It's just all the other Fallen Angels are boring or too serious or crazy! The Stay Devils are coming in larger numbers and stronger so I was just wondering if someone strong would like to be of some help to the great me! Not that you're that strong! You... will be more like an aid to me!

Mittelt said with a small cackle of a laugh. Looking at Jin who gave a small smirk that made her blush.

Jin: I would like to be of help to you then.

Mittelt: I... WELL DON'T GET TOO FULL OF YOURSELF! D-Dog!

Mittelt said as she slowly got closer to Jin, standing on the edge of the building next to him.

Mittelt: So... what were you doing here? A Stray Devil would never be somewhere so busy. Or are you just that stupid?

Jin turned around and looked at the town lights. Looking at the people that were on dates at night and in busy restaurants.

Jin: I'm sensing for Stray Devils further afield. But I like looking at the lights here. I can only imagine with those nice wings of yours, you get a much better view.

Mittelt looked up at Jin as she looked at the town lights. Just taking a second to look at the humans she thought so pathetic. Looking at the golden shimmering lights as she gently smiled while Jin wasn't looking. Not that he couldn't see it with his senses.

Mittelt: I guess.

Jin: I've sensed a gathering of Stay Devils. Shall we go on our hunt?

Mittelt looked up at Jin, who was looking down at her. Looking into each other's eyes. Crimson red and sea blue. But in a humph she turned away. Slowly looking back but Jin was gone.

Mittelt: Jin? Jin? Where did you go?

Jin: Down here. {She probably wants a longer dress if she's to hide her black panties.}

Mittelt looked down at a small adorable nine tailed fox. Crouching down as she looked at its crimson eyes.

Mittelt: Jin?

Jin: Correct. Now if you wouldn't mind, could you carry me? I can't fly and I would like to see the view you see when you do.

Mittelt looked at Jin, a small adorable nine tailed fox. She had never seen a Kitsune transform into a fox but she could only assume this was the most adorable one. Picking him up into her arms.

Mittelt: I'm only doing this so you don't slow me down! {How is he so cute as a fox but so handsome in his regular appearance?!}

Jin: Thank you, Mittelt.

Mittelt hand rosy cheeks as she quickly flew up into the sky. Looking at Jin look down in awe. He was still always amazed by magic, fighting or new things despite his age. Yet, Mittelt for the first time looked down, taking the human world in and seeing the reason for awe.

Kuoh at night was in golden lighting, with a sliver glimmer from the moon.

It looked beautiful.
