Jin was trying to catch up to Hinata and Taiki, but running this fast, using his technique with four feet when he made it with two, it was extremely hard. It was seen as he ran, it looked like each foot he had was a left one. He was running with four left feet. Not only had he never moved so fast in this small fox form, the wind smacking his small body off balance, but he had never used his technique in this form. All of it made for very clumsy and difficult running.
But he was much much faster than Hinata and Taiki normally. He was faster and stronger than them. With this, very very slowly he was catching up. The large gap between him and his snow-white foxes closing.
Jin: HINATA! TAIKI! SLOW DOWN A BIT!
Jin shouted in his high-pitched fox voice, but with the wind chaotically spiralling around Hinata and Taiki, they couldn't hear him. Hinata was responsible, but exploring this unknown world was too much fun to pass up on. She had explored Takamagahara with Taiki, every forest tree and Kami residence. This was a new Takamagahara, souring through the skies, she was about to explore every square mile of the Underworld with Taiki.
It was fun times all over again.
Jin: {They can't hear me! Should I try to catch their attention somehow?}
Jin asked as he thought about exploding blue flames, but he didn't know how it would react to the chaotic winds around his white foxes. He didn't even know if his foxes were flame-resistant like him. Using flames to grab the attention of two sleek snow-white foxes was a bust. An idea that couldn't even get off the ground despite the three of them being so high up in the sky.
Jin thought about using the Instant Movement technique of the Fist of Flowing Water; Crushing Rock style. The technique would allow Jin to swiftly move from his position, quickly to Hinata and Taikis. Yet this too had problems. The idea had holes in it. Two big holes. The extra legs he had. Humans had two legs and the technique was made for humans with two legs. Jin had no clue if he could perform it while he had four legs like any normal fox did.
Yet he could see it as the only way to catch up to his Divine foxes.
He couldn't use teleportation to catch up to them, by the time he finished casting and even if he did it ahead of them, they would have already dashed past. He didn't want to make a barrier using Youjutsu, he was worried they might have run into it. They might have run straight past an illusion and even if he increased his voice with Youjutsu, with the chaotic winds it was likely they wouldn't hear him. Yet again muffled by the wind and their excitement of the Underworld.
Jin: I... TAIKI I HAVE BACON IF YOU WANT IT!
Jin shouted, he didn't know why, but whenever something he liked was mentioned, food, the people he liked, martial arts, he could suddenly hear much better. He was hoping mentioning bacon would get Taiki to stop dead in his tracks and turn around.
Yet even that shot in the dark was to no avail. It wasn't like shooting fish in a dark barrel, it was the equivalent of using a needle and throwing it into a dark lake with only one fish in.
No matter how large Jin shouted, they couldn't hear him.
Jin: {Damn it! I should have told them to stay close to me! Am I really going to have to try and use the Instant Movement technique? On four feet no less!}
Jin thought as he looked at Hinata and Taiki. The gap between them was closing, but the gap was the size of two football pitches and he was closing the gap at a snail's pace. By the time he caught up to them, the day would have ended. He couldn't even tell what territory he was over now. He had a map in his head, one he saw in a large frame down the Gremory halls. But he had been running for so long, at such fast speeds. He could have been going in circles or anywhere by now.
