Jin texted Sona that today he was going to be busy and told Aika he wouldn't be doing his regular routine today, instead teaching Mittelt the way of the spear at her request. In which Aika sent various vegetable emojis and suspicious facial emojis. Then a lot of smiling emojis and thumbs up. Showing she understood even in her own perverse type of way.
So now Mittelt was downstairs in the dojo with Jin. Ready to teach her how to fight with her own spear. However, while Jin was in his clothes, Mittelt was still in her panties and a black bra. She said she was going to learn easier if she could see how her body should move, instead of being in her regular clothes. In theory, it made sense to Jin. Not only could she see her own body better, but while teaching her he could see her muscles moving and see if her body was moving the right way. However, her intentions weren't just to learn easier.
But yet, for some reason, it was also distracting to Jin. A new and weird feeling to Jin.
Mittelt: Jin?
Mittelt said looking at Jin with a smile. Looking at Jin who stared off into space looking at her.
Jin: Huh? Oh yes. If you would summon your light spear.
Mittelt gave a small giggle as she held out her hand and created her pink spear. It was always the same spear, a glowing pink spear with a straight pole handle and a two-layered head point.
Jin: Do you have any control of the spear's shape or size?
Mittelt: Light Weapons are a unique and hereditary weapon of an Angel. I can't change it, not the colour or shape. But I can change its size, but it takes a lot of mana or significant control.
Mittelt said as she held the spear off the ground so as to not put a hole in the padded floor. With Jin observing the spear, he found his eyes taking glances at Mittelt for some weird reason. "Maybe a twitch" is what he thought.
But as Jin got close, he flicked it with a boom and shattered it. The spear shattered into pink pieces and shards that faded, replaced by Mittelts surprise.
Jin: Please remake it with slightly more magic in it, all while retaining its normal size.
Mittelt did so immediately as Jin flicked it with a boom and it shattered again.
Jin: A little bit more this time. But don't drastically increase its power. Bit by bit, gradually.
Mittelt created it again, but again, with another flick and a boom the spear shattered. Again she created it with a bit more magic, and it shattered. Again and again and again. Booms rang out and shards of pink rained and disappeared. Mittelt felt her Magic draining each time she made the spear stronger. She wanted to just make a really strong spear with all her magic in, but she listened to Jin.
Until in a boom it a flick. The spear didn't shatter. Only cracking a little as she looked at it surprised. Looking at Jin's small smile.
Jin: That's your new base of magic consumption for creating a spear with the purpose of close combat. Look at it, feel it and remember it.
Jin said as the power of the flick was no ordinary force. He put a lot of Ki into the flick and with the density the spear was now at, no Stray Devil could hope of breaking it. It wasn't a spear that would break easily and now Mittelt was remembering what the density of magic would feel like. Nodding at Jin as she had remembered what it felt like to make a solid spear for the purpose of close combat.
Jin: Now, it's time to recognize your spear.
Mittelt: Recognise my spear?
Jin: Your spear has a nice shape for both stabbing and slashing with its sharp points and edges.
Jin said pointing it out on her spear, then pointing at the gap in the spear where the two layers overlapped.
Jin: On some weapons, they are designed to disarm others. You can use this part, the gap in the overlapping heads as an advantage, a way to disarm others.
Jin said showing his hand in the gap. The gap was large enough to pull on bladed weapons, twisting the spear in the right way would definitely disarm others.
Jin: Lastly, at the bottom of the spear, there is another spike, you could also utilise this to stab from behind. So do you understand?
Mittelt: Understood clearly.
Jin: Good, now please pass your spear so I can demonstrate the techniques and style that will most likely fit you.
Mittelt held out her hands as Jin received the spear. Mittelt wasn't worried about burning him as she had seen that he ignored the light power despite being a species susceptible to it. When Jin had the spear in his hand he posed. Taking a breath and moving slowly.
Jin: As you said, it's unlikely you'll ever grow as you have long since reached maturity. With your small body, you can't focus on strength and even with magic it would be a waste. That's why your spearmanship will work on speed. Like calligraphy, the movement of your spear and body will be an art form. Its flow even at speed with be seen as smooth and beautiful. Unpredictable and deadly.
Jin said performing a technique that looked very much like art. Performing it in a slow dance. Even walking on air with Senjutsu to tailor it to someone who could fly. In a quick flip performing it quickly upside down and landing back on his feet. Standing still again. Handing the spear back to Mittelt. But then he slowly came up behind her and held her hands. Her feet were on top of his.
Jin: I know it's hard to remember it all at first glance. So I'll move you through the motions so you can commit it to memory.
Mittelt: I understand. Hold me close then and go slow. Its my first time~.
A small unnoticed blush formed in Jin's face as Mittelt moved back close to Jin. Leaning over a bit because of her short height compared to his. But looking down at Mittelt and over her, his eyes wondered again. Looking at her small covered breasts and toned stomach. He looked further down and even looked behind her at her perky round ass. Feeling something wrong with him. A new feeling that confused him. Continuing to demonstrate the techniques with her.
Jin: {What's wrong with me?}
