Ch 187 - The Same Station A Different Platform

A few days went by without much happening. It was a decision that was made by Jin to help Kunou get comfortable in his home, a home she didn't want to leave. With time to adjust she seemed to overcome the nightmare she had, even the fear of loss she was feeling. The few days went by quickly, each day Jin would sleep in the same bed as Kunou to help her adjust to her new life. Each time he cuddled up with her and peacefully slept together.

But the day came when they would be going on what could be called a holiday.

A holiday to the Underworld.

However, Jin realised something while walking to the train station with Aika, Mittelt and Sona. His words to Kunou may have influenced her in a good and bad way. It was good she wasn't letting her fear negatively affect her. But what wasn't good was her increased clinginess. Her increased affection was all due to Jin's words and actions. He couldn't stop her as she said she didn't want to regret a single thing. She didn't want to hold any of her feelings back.

She used Jin's own words against him. There was no way he could stop her. He didn't want her to live with regret. For that exact reason, Kunou was on Jin's shoulders, hugging close to his head with a smile as they walked towards the station that was in view. No bags were in hand as Aika used magic to store them.

Mittelt: I can't believe I'm about to enter the Underworld. As a Fallen Angel no less.

Kunou: Me and Jin are entering as Kitsune! We're likely the first to do so as well! Jin what do you think is hotter, our Fox Fire or the flames of hell?!

Sona: *Sigh* You're doing it again. The Underworld isn't a fiery hellscape. You're setting yourself up for disappointment.

Sona said as everyone had a little bit of excitement. Even a lot of excitement in Kunous case. For everyone besides Sona and Jin, this would be their first time in the Underworld. But even for Jin, this would be his first time exploring it, only briefly visiting for work or business meetings with the Sitri family.

He was excited to explore the Underworld in his fox form as he did with Kuoh. Everything looked much bigger and more amazing so small. On top of that, getting through small alleys and cracks allowed Jin to explore much more in his fox form than it would have in his human or Kitsune form.

But as he was walking to the station with Kunou on his shoulders, Aika and Mittelt holding his hands with Sona leading them to somewhere special, everyone looked surprised at the people in front of them, waiting at the station.

Sona: Rias, what are you doing here?

Sona said looking at not only Rias but her entire peerage of Kiba, Akeno and Koneko. All in their own clothes which matched a colour scheme they seemed to have. Akeno in black and purple, Kiba in white and blue, Rias in red and Koneko in clothes that looked very baggy on her. Clothes of grey and much darker grey. Dresses, plain tops, baggy jumpers and shorts. They had the whole wardrobe in one small peerage.

The same couldn't be said for Jin and his group. Kunou was wearing the few casual clothes she brought before moving in with Jin, a black skirt with a black short-sleeved top and a black choker. Jin knew exactly where that look came from, but didn't comment on it.

It was best not to discuss that topic again for Jin's sake.

Aika was in similar black attire with black jeans, a white top, a black leather jacket and jewellery of silver paired with a black chocker.

Sona was in a white summer dress, Mittelt was in her Gothic Lolita attire and as usual, Jin was in his martial arts clothes. A tight long-sleeved black compression top with baggy light-colored pants.
