Rias, Koneko and Jin went into the Gremory mansion and promptly moved through its large noble halls. The halls were grand and luxurious, dwarfing Jin's home as their estate reflected their family's noble status. The ceilings were high, adorning intricate mouldings and large crystal chandeliers that illuminated the interior with a warm yellow glow. The walls were lined with dark wood panelling, rich wallpapers and decorated with paintings and portraits of the Gremory family. Ornate tapestries and sculptures lined the halls.

Looking at the paintings and questioning Rias, Jin had already acquainted himself well with the identities of her parents and brother. Walking along the polished marble floor together. Turning to a door, not minding the staff walking past. This was Konekos' room.

At least her former room as when they opened the door, the suitcases were already in front of the entrance. The room didn't matter much as they weren't staying, but the suitcases ready and waiting showed how much Koneko wanted to move in with Jin, even if she didn't say it.

It brought a small smile to Rias' face as Koneko seemed happier now. She found someone that made her happy and brought her some peace.

Jin took the many suitcases in hand as he held Konekos hand. Rias and Jin looking at each other.

Rias: I'll see you soon, then we can go to Sona's place together.

Jin: I'll move Koneko in, pick up Hinata and Taiki, maybe grab a few things then I'll be back with everyone ready to go.

Jin smiled brightly as Youjutsu runes appeared around him, Koneko and the bags. In a light just as bright as his smile, they all disappeared. Leaving Rias alone at home.

Though saying she was alone would be a mistake. A woman with back-length silver, adorning a maid's dress walking behind her. Putting a less-than-happy expression on Rias' face as she was familiar with the magic power behind her.

Scene change

Jin and Koneko appeared in the dining room of his house. He was holding Konekos hand while holding all of the bags together in his other. Maybe it would have been difficult to lift all the suitcases by their basic straps, each suitcase pushing up against one another, almost piling. But got Jin's grip strength it was as easy as carrying bags of shopping.

Jin: Let me take you to your new room. {Hinata and Taiki are... downstairs watching a movie in the theatre room? I have such amazing foxes!}

Jin said with a smile to his thoughts, almost in tears as his foxes managed to find a way to set everything up. He could sense them sitting on the same seat together, cuddling up together watching the big screen. Compared to other animals and supernatural familiars, Jin's foxes, his bonds were geniuses.

However, not everyone could see what they were doing a couple of floors down. This caused Koneko to look at Jin strangely as they traversed the halls carefully, Jin trying to not hit the bags against his walls. But as they were walking, Koneko noticed they weren't going to the master bedroom, but an already prepared guest bedroom. It wasn't as big as the bedroom she had with the Gremorys, but she didn't care.

The bed looked comfortable, there was enough room for her things, that's all that really mattered. Except, despite liking the room, she didn't really want to be in it. As Jin and Koneko began unpacking her bags, all so they didn't have to do it when they came back and she could be welcome to a ready-made room.

But unpacking, Jin wanted to ask a question that was bothering him. It was wrong to say it was bothering him, he was more curious about it.

Jin: So Koneko, what are you?

Koneko: What?

Jin: {I guess I didn't word that properly.} You're a reincarnated Devil, but from your energy, I can tell you weren't human or Fallen Angel before. I guess I'm trying to ask about your original species.
