"Oh, come on, Chan," you tease, leaning back against Seungmin. "We're just looking out for you. You know, making sure you're ready for that senior discount card. It's not too far off, you know."

Seungmin chuckles, adding, "Yeah, Grandpa Chan, we've got to be prepared. Maybe we should start rehearsing your moves in slow motion, just to make sure you can keep up with the choreography."

Finally, Chan looks up, rolling his eyes. "You guys act like I'm ancient. I'm not even 30 yet!"

"Yeah, but you're getting close," you quip, smirking. "Pretty soon, we'll have to start carrying you around. Maybe we should invest in one of those motorized scooters for you—decorate it with some cool stickers so you can still look badass."

Seungmin laughs, nudging you playfully. "And don't forget the tennis balls on the bottom of his walker. Got to keep things stylish."

The two of you burst into laughter, and Chan just shakes his head, though it's clear he's more amused than annoyed. What you don't realize is that Chan has been secretly recording the entire exchange on his phone, capturing every joke and giggle.

"All right, all right," Chan says, waving a hand as if to call a truce. "You've had your fun. But remember, one day you'll both be my age, and then we'll see who's laughing."

You lean your head on Seungmin's shoulder, still giggling. "And when you do hit 54, we'll throw the biggest over-the-hill party anyone's ever seen."

Seungmin chuckles, and without missing a beat, he turns to you with a soft smile. "That's actually a great idea, Y/N!" He leans in and plants a quick, affectionate kiss on your lips, a gesture that's become second nature between the two of you. It's so natural, so normal, that you barely think twice about it.

Chan watches the exchange with an amused expression but doesn't say anything. Instead, he tucks his phone away, a sly grin playing on his lips.

"Okay, lovebirds," he says, standing up from the couch and stretching. "I think I've had enough teasing for one day. But just remember, payback's coming."

You shrug and settle back against Seungmin, content to enjoy the moment. "Bring it on, Grandpa. We can handle whatever you've got."

Later that evening, as you're scrolling through Instagram, a new post from Bang Chan catches your eye. You open it, and to your surprise, it's a video—the video from earlier. The clip shows you and Seungmin teasing Chan mercilessly about his age, with your laughter filling the room. It even captures the part where Seungmin gives you that quick kiss, and your playful exchange afterward.

The caption reads: "Half 54, and these two never let me forget it. At least they're cute enough to get away with it."
