You and Jeongin had spent the afternoon wandering through the bustling streets lined with shops, the early evening sun casting a warm glow over everything. Shopping was one of your favorite things to do together. Not necessarily buying things—just the experience of it. You loved looking at the latest trends, admiring beautiful clothes, and daydreaming about how they'd look on you. But when it came time to actually make a purchase, you almost always hesitated.

"That's really nice," you'd say, holding up a delicate blouse or a pair of shoes. Jeongin would nod, smiling as he watched your eyes light up. But inevitably, you'd put the item back on the rack, shake your head slightly, and move on to the next thing.

Today was no different. You pointed out a chic jacket, a cute dress, and a pair of boots you'd been eyeing for months. Jeongin, as usual, made mental notes of each item, silently enjoying the way your face would light up with each new discovery. But when you walked out of the last store, your hands were empty, save for a small accessory you'd picked up almost out of guilt for not buying anything else.

Jeongin had been quietly planning something special. He loved seeing you happy, and he knew how much you enjoyed shopping, even if you rarely treated yourself. So, after you both left the last store, he pretended to have forgotten something.

"Hey, I just remembered I need to grab something. Do you mind heading home first? I'll catch up with you in a bit," he said casually.

You raised an eyebrow but nodded. "Sure, don't be too long," you teased, giving him a quick kiss before heading back home.

As soon as you were out of sight, Jeongin sprung into action. He retraced your steps to each store, quickly gathering every single item you'd admired that day. The jacket, the dress, the boots—all of it. He knew exactly what you liked because you had unknowingly pointed everything out to him. By the time he was finished, his arms were full of shopping bags.

When Jeongin finally got home, he found you lounging on the couch, scrolling through your phone. You looked up as he walked in, your eyes widening at the sight of all the bags he was carrying.

"Innie, what's all this?" you asked, completely surprised.

He set the bags down in front of you, a proud smile on his face. "I got you a little something," he said, though there was nothing little about it.

You stared at the bags, speechless. "Jeongin, I can't believe you did this... You didn't have to!"

"I know I didn't have to," he replied softly, sitting beside you. "But I wanted to. You always find these beautiful things but never buy them for yourself. I thought maybe I could spoil you a little."

Tears welled up in your eyes as you looked at him. You'd never had someone do something so thoughtful for you. "Thank you," you whispered, leaning in to kiss him, pouring all your gratitude into it.

Jeongin smiled against your lips, his heart swelling at your reaction. "You're welcome, Y/N. You deserve it."

You spent the next several minutes pulling each item out of the bags, trying everything on, and giving Jeongin his own personal fashion show. He was grinning from ear to ear, happy to see you so excited. You must have thanked him a dozen times, peppering his face with kisses every chance you got.

Just as you were trying on the last pair of boots, the front door opened, and Bang Chan walked in. He paused in the doorway, taking in the sight of the living room, which was now scattered with shopping bags and clothes.

"What in the world..." Chan muttered, raising an eyebrow as he stepped further inside. "Did you guys buy out the entire mall?"

Jeongin laughed, a little sheepishly. "I might have gone a bit overboard."

Chan shook his head, though a smile tugged at the corners of his lips. "A bit? Y/N, you do realize your closet is already overflowing, right? Where are you going to put all this?"

You looked at the mountain of new clothes and then back at Chan, suddenly realizing he was right. Your closet was already packed to the brim. But before you could feel too guilty, Jeongin interjected.

"We'll figure it out, hyung. I just wanted to make Y/N happy."

Chan sighed, but there was no real frustration in his voice. He knew Jeongin's heart was in the right place. "You two are impossible," he said, shaking his head. "Just make sure you don't put them into my closet too."

You and Jeongin laughed, and you gave Chan a playful nudge. "We'll make space, don't worry."

After Chan left the room, you turned back to Jeongin, who was still smiling at you. "I really can't thank you enough," you said, wrapping your arms around him.

Jeongin pulled you close, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. "You don't have to thank me. Just seeing you this happy is more than enough."

You smiled up at him, your heart full of love. "You're the best, you know that?"

Jeongin grinned, leaning in to kiss you again. "I try."
