You'd discovered a new game—a simple, silly way to make everyday tasks a little more fun. Every time you did something, no matter how small, you'd ask Seungmin for a kiss as a reward. It started off as a joke, but quickly became something you found yourself doing more often, much to Seungmin's amusement.
One morning, you were in the kitchen, making yourself a cup of coffee. As the machine sputtered and poured the dark liquid into your mug, you glanced over at Seungmin, who was sitting at the kitchen table, scrolling through his phone.
"Hey, Seungmin?" you called out, holding up your freshly brewed cup. "I made coffee... Can I have a kiss for that?"
He looked up, a small smile playing on his lips. "You made coffee for yourself, not for me," he pointed out, though the playful tone in his voice told you he was just teasing.
"True," you admitted, setting the mug down on the counter. "But I still did something, and it's a little thing that makes me happy. So... can I have a kiss?"
Seungmin chuckled, setting his phone down and getting up from his seat. He walked over to you, wrapping his arms around your waist. "How could I say no to that?" he murmured before leaning down to press a gentle kiss to your lips.
You smiled into the kiss, feeling a warmth spread through you that had nothing to do with the coffee.
Later in the day, you found another opportunity to claim a kiss. You were in the living room, carefully arranging a vase of fresh flowers Seungmin bought for you on the coffee table. Once you were satisfied with the arrangement, you turned to Seungmin, who was lounging on the couch, flipping through channels on the TV.
"Seungmin, look!" you said, pointing to the vase. "I arranged your flowers. Can I have a kiss for that?"
He looked at the flowers, then back at you, his eyes crinkling with amusement. "You want a kiss for arranging flowers?"
You nodded enthusiastically, making your way over to him. "Yep! I think I did a pretty good job, don't you?"
Seungmin sighed playfully, patting the spot next to him on the couch. "Alright, come here."
You happily plopped down beside him, and he leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to your cheek. "That was for the flowers," he said, then kissed your lips, lingering just a bit longer. "And that's just because I like kissing you."
You couldn't help the giggle that escaped your lips as you snuggled closer to him. "I like kissing you too," you admitted, feeling content in his arms.
As the day went on, your requests for kisses became more frequent, and a bit more ridiculous. You were in the bathroom, brushing your teeth when you suddenly remembered you'd put a new roll of toilet paper on the holder earlier that morning. With your mouth full of toothpaste, you quickly finished brushing, then rinsed your mouth before calling out to Seungmin, who was in the bedroom.
"Seungmin, guess what?" you said as you walked into the room.
He looked up from the book he was reading, raising an eyebrow. "What now?"
"I put a new roll of toilet paper on the holder this morning," you said with a grin. "Can I have a kiss for that?"
Seungmin stared at you for a moment before bursting into laughter. "You're asking for a kiss for that?"
"Well, yeah," you said, walking over to the bed and sitting down beside him. "It's an important task, don't you think?"
He shook his head, still chuckling. "You're something else, you know that?"
"And you love it," you teased, leaning in closer. "Now, about that kiss..."
Seungmin rolled his eyes, but there was a fond smile on his lips as he leaned in and kissed you, his hand coming up to cup your cheek. "You're lucky you're cute," he murmured against your lips.
You pulled back, giving him a cheeky smile. "I know."
The most absurd moment of the day came when you managed to get Seungmin to give you a kiss for something completely unexpected. You were sitting at your desk, writing in your journal when your pen suddenly ran out of ink. With a sigh, you grabbed another pen from the drawer and continued writing.
A few minutes later, you looked up at Seungmin, who was sitting on the bed, scrolling through his phone. "Seungmin, I just changed pens," you said seriously. "Can I have a kiss for that?"
"Yes," you nodded, trying to keep a straight face. "And I did it really well. Don't you think that deserves a kiss?"
For a second, Seungmin looked like he was going to argue, but then he just laughed, shaking his head. "You're really stretching it now, aren't you?"
"Maybe a little," you admitted with a grin. "But you can't deny it—changing pens is a skill."
Seungmin sighed dramatically, setting his phone aside. "Alright, come here," he said, pulling you down onto the bed beside him. He cupped your face in his hands and kissed you, this time more deeply.
By the end of the day, you were still finding reasons to ask for kisses. You were in the kitchen, finishing up washing the dishes when you called out to Seungmin, who was in the living room.
"Seungmin, I just washed the last dish," you said, drying your hands on a towel. "Can I have a kiss for that?"
Seungmin appeared in the doorway, his arms crossed over his chest as he gave you a look that was both exasperated and fond. "How many kisses have you asked for today?"
You pretended to think about it. "I lost count after the tenth one," you admitted with a sheepish smile.
Seungmin shook his head, walking over to you. "You're unbelievable," he said, but there was a smile on his lips as he pulled you into his arms.
"Does that mean I don't get a kiss?" you asked, pouting up at him.
Seungmin sighed, but you could see the affection in his eyes as he leaned down to press a soft kiss to your lips. "You get your kiss," he murmured against your lips. "But maybe tomorrow you should try to get through the day without asking for so many."
You grinned, wrapping your arms around his neck. "No promises," you said, pulling him into another kiss.
And as he kissed you back, you couldn't help but think that this was a game you'd never get tired of playing.
"I just breathed. Can I have a kiss for that?" "Fine. Just one more."
