It's late afternoon, and Seungmin is wandering around the apartment, looking for something to occupy his time. Practice ended earlier than expected, and you're still out running errands. As he passes through the kitchen, his eyes land on a book lying on the table, its cover slightly worn from being carried around. Curiosity piqued, he picks it up and reads the title, chuckling to himself. You've always been a bookworm, and he's seen you lost in countless novels before, but he's never really paid attention to what you're reading.

With nothing better to do, he flips it open, skimming through the first few pages. Before he knows it, he's drawn in by the story, the vivid descriptions, and the compelling characters. He decides to sit down, figuring he'll just read a chapter or two while he waits for you to come home.

Time slips away as he becomes completely absorbed in the plot. The writing is good—really good. He's genuinely impressed, and even a little surprised, by how much he's enjoying it. The story is engaging, and he finds himself eagerly turning the pages, wanting to see what happens next.

But then, he stumbles upon a scene that makes him pause. The narrative shifts, becoming more intimate, the tension between the characters growing palpable. He reads on, eyes widening as the scene escalates into something far more explicit than he ever expected to find in a book. Descriptions become vivid, almost too detailed, and Seungmin feels a flush creeping up his neck as he realizes exactly what kind of scene he's reading.

He's shocked—seriously shocked. He didn't know books like this existed outside of, well, certain corners of the internet. The fact that you were reading this is even more surprising. Seungmin has always seen you as sweet and a bit reserved, but this... this is something else entirely.

Just as he's processing this revelation, the front door opens, and you walk in, juggling grocery bags. You don't notice him at first, too busy setting the bags down on the counter, but then you freeze, spotting him at the table, your book in his hands.

"Seungmin?" you ask, your voice laced with confusion and a hint of worry. "What are you doing?"

Seungmin looks up from the book, a slow grin spreading across his face as he raises an eyebrow at you. "Oh, nothing much," he says, his tone teasing. "Just reading a little... porn?"

Your heart skips a beat, and your face flushes as you realize exactly what part of the book he's holding. "It's not— It's not porn!" you stammer, rushing over to him and trying to snatch the book from his hands. "It's just... a romance novel!"

"Romance?" Seungmin drawls, holding the book out of your reach with a playful smirk. "Is that what they're calling it these days? Because this—" he flips to the page he was on, waving it in front of you, "—is way more than just romance. I had no idea you were into this kind of stuff."

You can't believe this is happening. Your face burns with embarrassment as you try to defend yourself, your mind racing for an excuse. "It's just a story! It's fiction, okay? People read this kind of thing all the time. It's not like... It's not like I—"

"Like you what?" Seungmin cuts in, still grinning like he's just uncovered the world's best-kept secret. "Like you get off on it? Or maybe you just have a thing for kinky stuff?"

You groan, covering your face with your hands. "Seungmin, stop! You're embarrassing me!"

He laughs, clearly enjoying your reaction, but there's a glint in his eyes that tells you he's not just teasing. "I'm just messing with you," he says, his voice softening slightly. "But, you know, some of this stuff in here... it's pretty wild. I didn't know you were into that."

You peek at him from between your fingers, mortified but also slightly curious about where he's going with this. "I'm not... into it," you mumble, but even you don't sound convinced. "It's just... interesting to read, that's all."

"Interesting, huh?" Seungmin hums, setting the book down on the table. He stands up, moving closer to you, his expression turning more serious, though the playful spark never fully leaves his eyes. "Well, maybe we should... explore some of these interesting ideas."

Your breath catches in your throat, and you look up at him, wide-eyed. "What are you saying?"

Seungmin is so close now, his voice dropping to a low murmur. "I'm saying," he begins, leaning in so that his lips are just inches from yours, "maybe we should try out some of the things in that book. You know, for fun."

Before you can respond, Seungmin closes the gap, capturing your lips in a heated kiss that steals the air from your lungs. It's different from how he usually kisses you—more intense, more deliberate, like he's already thinking about the scenes he just read and wondering how they'd play out in real life.

Your mind is spinning, half from the shock of his suggestion and half from the way his hands are already starting to wander, tracing down your sides as he deepens the kiss. You hadn't expected this at all, but as his lips move against yours and his hands tug you closer, you can't help but be drawn into the moment, your embarrassment slowly giving way to something else—something exciting.

When he finally pulls back, you're breathless, your heart pounding in your chest. Seungmin looks down at you, his expression a mix of affection and mischief.

"So," he murmurs, his voice still low, "what do you think? Should we see where this goes?"

You hesitate for only a second before nodding, unable to find the words to respond. The grin that spreads across Seungmin's face is enough to make your knees weak.

"Good," he says softly, before kissing you again, this time with even more intent, as if to prove that the things you've only read about can be very real—if you're willing to explore them together.
