You let out a deep sigh as you stared at the massive pile of laundry on the floor. Most of it was clearly Jeongin's—shirts, hoodies, socks, and a mountain of other clothing items that seemed to have multiplied overnight. It wasn't the first time his wardrobe had taken over your laundry duties, and you were determined that this time, he'd help.

"Jeongin!" you called, your voice echoing through the apartment. "Get in here!"

A few seconds later, Jeongin appeared in the doorway, his expression a mix of curiosity and mild concern. "What's up?" he asked, glancing between you and the laundry pile.

You crossed your arms, giving him a pointed look. "This is what's up," you said, gesturing to the heap of clothes. "Most of this is yours, so you're helping me fold it."

Jeongin blinked, then broke into a sheepish smile. "Ah, right... That does look like most of my stuff."

You raised an eyebrow, not letting him off the hook. "It is most of your stuff. So you're going to help."

He sighed but nodded, walking over to sit beside you on the floor. "Alright, alright. Let's do this."

You both started sorting through the laundry, and for a few minutes, everything was going smoothly. Jeongin was surprisingly diligent, folding his clothes with a focus that you hadn't expected. You began to relax, thinking that maybe, just maybe, you'd get through the laundry without any distractions.

But of course, that was wishful thinking.

As you reached for another shirt, you suddenly felt Jeongin's arms wrap around your waist. He tugged you close, pulling you into his lap. You let out a surprised laugh, trying to push him away playfully.

"Jeongin, we're supposed to be folding!" you protested, but you couldn't help the smile that tugged at your lips.

He just grinned, his eyes sparkling mischievously. "Folding can wait," he said, his voice soft and teasing.

Before you could argue, he grabbed a nearby towel and playfully threw it over both your heads. The world outside disappeared, and it was just the two of you in your own little bubble, cocooned in soft fabric. Jeongin's giggles filled the small space, contagious and lighthearted.

"Jeongin!" you laughed, trying to lift the towel off, but he held it in place, his eyes gleaming with mischief.

"Shh," he whispered, leaning in close, his lips brushing against yours. His breath was warm and sweet, and the proximity made your heart flutter.

The laughter died down, replaced by a soft, intimate silence. Jeongin's gaze flickered to your lips, and before you knew it, he closed the gap, kissing you softly. The world outside the towel seemed to fade away as you melted into the kiss, forgetting all about the laundry waiting for you.

When he finally pulled back, he had a cheeky smile on his face. "Much better than folding clothes, don't you think?"

You rolled your eyes, though your smile gave you away. "You're impossible," you teased, but there was no real annoyance in your voice.

He grinned, his fingers trailing along your sides, sending a shiver down your spine. "But you love it," he said, his voice full of playful confidence.

Just as you were about to retort, Jeongin suddenly started tickling your sides, his fingers moving with precision to find your most sensitive spots. You shrieked, trying to squirm away, but he held you tight, his laughter mixing with yours as you tried to fend off his attack.

"Jeongin, stop!" you gasped between giggles, tears of laughter forming in the corners of your eyes.

He finally relented, letting you catch your breath, but he didn't let go of you. Instead, he pulled you even closer, your bodies pressed together as he looked at you with that boyish grin that always made your heart skip a beat.

"You're really something else, you know that?" you said, shaking your head in mock disapproval.

He just smirked, leaning in to nuzzle his nose against yours. "Yeah, but I'm your something else."

Before you could respond, he kissed you again, this time with a bit more intensity, a bit more urgency. It was the kind of kiss that made you forget everything else—the laundry, the chores, the entire world beyond the two of you. All you could think about was how good it felt to be this close to him, how his lips seemed to fit perfectly against yours, how his hands held you like you were something precious.

Somehow, between the kissing and the laughter, the two of you ended up on the couch, the laundry completely forgotten. Jeongin's fingers tangled in your hair as he deepened the kiss, his lips moving against yours with a softness that made your heart ache in the best way. Your arms wrapped around his neck, pulling him even closer, losing yourself in the warmth of his embrace.

Every now and then, Jeongin would pull back just enough to look at you, his eyes dark and full of affection. And every time he did, you couldn't help but smile, your heart swelling with how much you adored this boy who could drive you crazy in the best possible way.

Eventually, the need to breathe forced you both to pull back, your foreheads resting against each other as you caught your breath. Jeongin's hand cupped your cheek, his thumb gently brushing your skin as he looked at you with a softness that made your heart melt.

"We're really not getting that laundry done, are we?" you murmured, though you couldn't find it in yourself to care.

Jeongin chuckled, pressing a quick, sweet kiss to your lips. "Nope," he said, his voice full of amusement. "But I'd say this is a much better use of our time."

You smiled, nodding in agreement. "Yeah... I guess I can't argue with that."

And so, the laundry stayed where it was, forgotten and unfinished. But as you lay there on the couch with Jeongin, his arms wrapped around you and his kisses still lingering on your lips, you knew that there was nowhere else you'd rather be.
