Heeseung's days had become a whirlwind of rehearsals, interviews, and performances. The relentless pace of their schedule left him with little time for anything else. He barely noticed how his exhaustion was catching up with him, his energy draining with each passing day. He was driven by his passion for music and a sense of responsibility toward his fans and members, but his own well-being was starting to suffer.

It was a typical Tuesday afternoon, and Heeseung had just finished a long round of interviews. He was supposed to have a short break before heading into a dance practice session, but instead, he found himself slumped in the lounge area, his head resting heavily on his hand. His eyes were barely open, and his whole body felt like lead.

Jay walked in, spotting Heeseung's disheveled appearance. "Hey, Hyung, you look like you're about to fall over," Jay said, a hint of concern in his voice.

Heeseung managed a tired smile. "Just a bit worn out. It's nothing."

Jay raised an eyebrow. "You've been saying that a lot lately. Maybe you should take a break."

"No time," Heeseung replied, his voice barely above a whisper. "We have that dance practice, and then there's the meeting with the producers later."

Jay frowned, but he knew better than to push too hard. "Alright, but if you need anything, let me know."

As Jay left, Heeseung took a deep breath, trying to push through the fatigue. But his body was growing weaker, and his head was starting to throb. He took a quick sip of water from a nearby bottle and forced himself to stand.

The dance practice was grueling. Heeseung struggled to keep up with the routine, his movements sluggish and his breaths ragged. He tried to push through the pain, but his vision blurred and his legs felt like they were made of stone. When he stumbled and nearly fell during a particularly intense move, Jungwon and Sunoo rushed to his side.

"Hyung, are you okay?" Jungwon asked, his face etched with worry.

Heeseung nodded, though it was clear he was struggling. "Just a little dizzy. I'll be fine."

Sunoo helped him to a nearby chair. "You need to sit down and rest. You look really pale."

"I'm fine," Heeseung insisted, though his voice was shaky.

Sunoo and Jungwon exchanged worried glances. "We're calling it for today," Jungwon decided. "You need to see a doctor."

Heeseung tried to protest, but the room seemed to spin around him, and he realized he was in no condition to argue. He reluctantly agreed, and the members helped him to the van.

As they drove to the nearest clinic, Heeseung's condition continued to worsen. He felt cold and clammy, and his headache had intensified. When they arrived at the clinic, the members guided him inside, supporting him every step of the way.

The doctor quickly assessed Heeseung's condition. After a thorough examination, he turned to the concerned group. "Mr Lee is severely dehydrated and exhausted. He's been neglecting self-care, which has led to this situation. He needs to rest, rehydrate, and get proper nutrition."

The members' faces were a mix of relief and guilt. Jay stepped forward, his voice tight with emotion. "We should have noticed sooner. We've been so focused on the schedule that we didn't realize how much he was struggling."

The doctor nodded sympathetically. "It's not uncommon in high-pressure situations. But now that we know, we can address it. Heeseung will need to stay here for a few hours for IV fluids and rest. I'll prescribe some medication to help with his headache and fatigue."

The members nodded, and Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Niki took turns staying by Heeseung's side. They made sure he was comfortable and kept him company, their concern evident in every word and action.

As Heeseung lay in the clinic bed, the IV drip steadily replenishing his fluids, he glanced at his members, his heart aching with gratitude. "I'm sorry," he said softly. "I didn't mean to worry you all."

Jungwon shook his head. "You don't have to apologize. We should have noticed sooner and helped you take better care of yourself."

Jake sat beside him, offering a reassuring smile. "We're a team, Heeseung. We need to look out for each other. You've been pushing yourself too hard."

Sunoo nodded in agreement. "We want you to be healthy and happy. It's not just about the performances-it's about you too."

Niki, who had been unusually quiet, finally spoke up. "We all care about you a lot. Please, take care of yourself so you can be at your best for both us and the fans."

Heeseung felt a lump in his throat as he listened to their heartfelt words. The exhaustion and worry that had been weighing on him seemed to lift, replaced by a warm sense of belonging and support. "Thank you," he whispered, his voice choked with emotion. "I don't know what I'd do without you guys."

As the hours passed and Heeseung's condition improved, the members continued to support him, making plans to ensure he would get the rest and care he needed. They discussed adjustments to the schedule and how they would manage things to prevent similar issues in the future.

When Heeseung was finally discharged from the clinic, the members escorted him home, making sure he was settled and comfortable. They took turns checking in on him, bringing him nutritious meals and reminding him to drink plenty of water.

Over the next few weeks, Heeseung focused on his recovery. He followed the doctor's advice, prioritized self-care, and slowly regained his strength. The members were always there, providing support and encouragement, ensuring he knew he was valued and cared for.

One evening, as Heeseung sat with his members in their shared dorm, he looked around at the people who had helped him through his tough time. "I've been thinking," he began, his voice steady and sincere. "I've always been so focused on doing my best that I forgot to take care of myself. But you guys have shown me what it really means to be a team."

Sunghoon smiled warmly. "We're a family. We look out for each other."

Heeseung nodded, feeling a deep sense of appreciation. "I promise I'll do better. I'll take care of myself so I can be at my best for all of us."

The members gathered around him, their faces filled with understanding and support. They knew that while the road ahead might still be demanding, they would face it together, with a renewed sense of camaraderie and mutual care.

As they spent the evening together, laughing and sharing stories, Heeseung felt a profound sense of gratitude. He knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, he had a group of people who truly cared about him and would always be there to help him through.

And that, he realized, was the greatest source of strength he could ever have.
