Taemin's laughter echoed through the crisp mountain air as he swung his arms around, taking in the breathtaking scenery around him. The snow-capped peaks glistened in the distance, and the sky was a brilliant blue, stretching endlessly above. It was a picture-perfect moment during the filming of their travel variety show, "SuperM Adventures," and Taemin was determined to make the most of it.

"Look at that view!" he exclaimed, pointing toward a valley filled with lush greenery. The other members were setting up the shot, their excited chatter blending with the sound of nature. Despite the thin air and altitude, Taemin felt exhilarated.

But as the hours passed and the sun climbed higher in the sky, a strange sensation began to creep into Taemin's body. It started with a lightheaded feeling, a slight cloudiness in his mind that he shrugged off as the result of exhaustion. After all, they had flown in the night before and started filming early that morning. He was used to pushing through fatigue, so he forced a bright smile and continued to engage with the camera.

"Taemin-hyung, do you want to try climbing up to that viewpoint?" Mark called out, his voice filled with enthusiasm.

"Of course! Let's go!" Taemin replied, his voice steady even as a wave of dizziness washed over him. He shook his head, willing the feeling away, and joined the other members as they made their way toward the viewpoint. The laughter and camaraderie distracted him, but each step felt heavier, and he found himself lagging behind.

"Taemin-hyung!" Kai called out, glancing back as he noticed Taemin's slower pace. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine!" Taemin reassured him, but the slight tremor in his voice betrayed him. He stumbled slightly, catching himself against a rock. Just a little tired, he told himself. The others wouldn't understand the pressure he felt to keep up, to maintain his image as a professional idol since 2008.

As they reached the viewpoint, Taemin pushed aside his discomfort and focused on the camera. The producer was counting down, and he flashed his brightest smile, attempting to ignore the nagging feeling in his stomach.

The view was breathtaking. The mountains rose majestically, and the landscape seemed to stretch endlessly. Taemin felt a momentary rush of euphoria as he posed with the other members, but the moment was fleeting. The dizziness returned, stronger this time, and he had to grip the railing tightly to keep himself steady.

"Cut! Great job, everyone!" the director announced after they finished filming. The members dispersed, chatting and laughing, but Taemin leaned against the railing, trying to catch his breath. His heart raced, and he felt a wave of nausea hit him.

"Taemin-hyung?" Kai stepped closer, concern etched on his face. "You don't look so good."

"I'm fine," Taemin insisted, but he could see the worry in Kai's eyes. "Really, just a little tired."

"You've been pushing yourself all day. You should sit down," Kai urged, glancing around for a place to rest. "There's some shade over there."

Taemin shook his head, trying to suppress the unease growing within him. "I'll be okay. Let's just take some more shots."

"Are you sure?" Mark chimed in, worry lining his voice. "We can take a break if you need to."

"No, let's keep going," Taemin replied, forcing a smile as he stepped away from the railing, determined to push through. But as soon as he stood, the world tilted beneath him, and he stumbled, falling against the side of the mountain.

"hyung!" Kai shouted, rushing to his side.

The other members quickly gathered around, their faces a mixture of confusion and concern. Taemin felt his heart race, panic rising within him as he struggled to catch his breath.
