The air in the practice room buzzed with energy as xikers prepared for their upcoming performance. The members moved in sync, laughter and playful banter filling the space. Seeun, however, felt a knot of tension in his stomach. He had been feeling a bit off lately—more anxious than usual—but he pushed those feelings aside, focusing on the choreography.

As they ran through the routine one more time, Minjae shouted, "Let's make it perfect this time, everyone!" The members nodded in agreement, each of them energized by the challenge.

Seeun was positioned near Junghoon, and as they executed a particularly energetic move, Seeun miscalculated his footing. In a split second, his foot caught Junghoon's leg, sending the older member tumbling to the floor. The sound of Junghoon hitting the ground echoed in the room, and everything went silent.

"Junghoon!" The members rushed to his side, concern etched on their faces.

Seeun froze in place, his heart racing. "I-I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to!" he stammered, his voice barely above a whisper.

Junghoon groaned, trying to sit up. "I'm okay, I think," he said, but the pain in his voice was evident. The members helped him up, but it was clear he was struggling.

"Let's get you checked out," Sumin said, his eyes filled with worry.

As Junghoon was escorted to the side for evaluation, Seeun felt a wave of guilt wash over him. He stood there, frozen in place, watching as the other members tended to Junghoon. The laughter that had filled the room moments before was replaced with anxious murmurs.

"I can't believe I did that," Seeun whispered to himself, feeling tears prick at the corners of his eyes. He couldn't shake the feeling that he had betrayed the trust of his teammates.

As the days went on, Junghoon recovered physically, but Seeun's guilt festered. The incident replayed in his mind on a loop, each time feeling heavier. He began to distance himself from the group, convinced that he didn't deserve to be part of the team anymore.

"Hey, Seeun!" Minjae called out one day after practice, trying to get his attention. "You coming to get dinner with us?"

"I'm not really hungry, hyung," Seeun replied, his voice distant. He avoided eye contact and turned away, feeling the weight of their concern.

"Come on, we'll order your favorite," Junmin chimed in, but Seeun just shook his head.

"Really, it's fine. I just want to rest, but you guys must still go," he insisted, his heart aching at the disappointment in their voices.

The members exchanged worried glances, sensing that something was off. As Seeun retreated to his room, he couldn't shake the feelings of self-loathing that consumed him. He felt as if he had let everyone down, and the guilt became a suffocating cloud over his thoughts.

Meanwhile, the other members were growing increasingly concerned. They discussed the situation quietly after practice one day.

"He's been really distant lately," Jinsik said, his brow furrowed. "It's like he's shutting us out."

"Do you think he's taking the accident really hard?" Hyunwoo added. "We need to talk to him."

"I think so, we should do something special for him," Yujun suggested. "To remind him that we're all in this together."

"I agree," Hunter said, nodding. "Let's plan a small get-together, just us. We can show Seeun that he's still an important part of the team."

With a plan in motion, the members rallied together to organize a surprise night for Seeun. They wanted to create an environment where he could feel safe, loved, and valued, away from the guilt he was carrying.
