The rhythmic clanging of weights echoed through the gym, punctuated by Changbin's steady breaths. The sun streamed in through the large windows, casting a warm glow on the room filled with various gym equipment. Changbin, the main rapper of Stray Kids, had always found solace in lifting weights. It was a space where he could push himself, challenge his limits, and build not just strength but also confidence. Today was no different; he was determined to lift heavier than ever before.

With a deep breath, he adjusted the weights on the barbell. Changbin was feeling ambitious—his goal was to break his personal record. He wrapped his hands around the cool metal, feeling the familiar surge of adrenaline. The first few reps were smooth, and he felt exhilarated, almost invincible. This is it, he thought. I'm going to crush this.

But as he continued, something began to shift. Changbin felt his strength wane, a sudden weakness creeping into his muscles. He shook his head, trying to dismiss the unsettling feeling. Just keep going. He forced himself to push through, gritting his teeth as he hoisted the barbell once more. The weights felt heavier than they ever had, pressing down on him with an almost suffocating weight.

"Just a few more, Changbin," he muttered to himself, focusing on the sound of his own voice. The determination in his heart battled against the growing sense of dread in his mind. He could do this. He had to.

However, mid-set, a wave of dizziness crashed over him. The room tilted slightly, and the colors around him blurred. His heart raced, pounding violently against his chest. Changbin attempted another lift, but as he struggled, panic clawed at his throat. The realization hit him like a freight train—he couldn't lift it anymore.

His hands trembled, and he felt the barbell press down, heavy against his chest. Changbin's breath hitched in his throat, his vision darkening at the edges. No, no, no... He tried to call for Han, his closest friend and teammate, who was likely in their dorm just a few floors away. But all that escaped his lips was a weak whisper, "Han..."

It was barely audible, and the silence of the gym swallowed his plea. The only sound was the muffled clanking of weights in the distance. Fear tightened around his chest, making it hard to breathe. Changbin struggled to push the barbell off him, but his strength had vanished. All he could do was lie there, the weight of the metal pressing down, reminding him of his helplessness.

What is happening? The internal battle raged within him. Changbin, the powerful rapper known for his strength and resilience, was lying here, vulnerable and weak. He had always prided himself on being the strong one, the one who never faltered in front of others. But now, he felt small and fragile, questioning everything he had built his identity upon.

Just as he felt himself slipping away, a door swung open. Han burst into the gym, immediately sensing that something was wrong. The moment his eyes fell on Changbin, his heart dropped. "Hyung!" he shouted, rushing over. The panic in Han's voice cut through Changbin's haze, but even that small comfort felt distant.

"Help..." Changbin managed to croak out, his voice barely rising above a whisper. Han wasted no time, lunging forward and gripping the barbell, lifting it off Changbin's chest with an ease that made Changbin feel even more embarrassed. He sat up slowly, gasping for air, feeling the cool breeze from the air conditioner wash over him like a refreshing wave.

"Changbin-hyung, what happened?" Han knelt beside him, worry etched on his face. The gym was suddenly too loud and too bright, the panic swelling in Changbin's chest, and he felt hot shame creeping into his cheeks.

"I... I just... thought I could lift more," Changbin stammered, his voice shaky. He avoided Han's gaze, focusing on the ground instead. "I wanted to push myself, but then..." His words trailed off, and he hung his head in shame.
