The stage was alive with energy, the pulsating lights flashing in rhythm with the thundering beats of Seventeen's latest hit, "HIT." The crowd surged with excitement, their voices a tidal wave of support for the twelve young men who had dedicated their lives to this moment. S.Coups, the charismatic leader of the group, stood front and center, his powerful presence commanding the stage. His heart raced in sync with the music, adrenaline surging through his veins as he led his team in intricate choreography, his passion evident in every movement.
But as the song reached its climax, something began to feel... off.
S.Coups blinked rapidly, trying to shake off the creeping sensation that clawed at the edges of his consciousness. A strange weightlessness settled over him, making it feel as if the ground beneath his feet had become unsteady. He could still hear the euphoric cheers of the fans, but they started to fade, replaced by a low ringing in his ears. Dizziness washed over him like a wave, threatening to pull him under.
'Stay focused,' he thought, forcing himself to remember the moves, to lead his members with the confidence they all relied on. He took a deep breath, but the air felt heavy in his lungs. As he moved into the next dance step, his legs faltered, wobbling as if they were no longer under his control. Panic flared in his chest, but he pushed it aside, determined to keep going.
Then it happened. Just as they hit the bridge of the song, the world around him tilted sharply. He lost his balance, stumbling forward as everything around him spun. The next thing he knew, he was falling.
"Seungcheol!" Jeonghan's voice cut through the haze, sharp and filled with concern. The world blurred further as S.Coups reached out, desperate to grasp onto something—anything—to stop his fall.
But before he could hit the stage floor, strong arms caught him, the familiar warmth of his members surrounding him. Hoshi, Jun, and Joshua steadied him, their voices melding together as they called out his name. "Hyung, are you okay?!" "What's wrong?" "Stay with us!"
S.Coups's vision swirled, his head spinning out of control. He tried to respond, but his voice came out as a whisper. "I... I can't... see..."
"Get him offstage!" Jun shouted urgently. The other members quickly formed a protective circle around their leader, guiding him away from the glaring stage lights and the prying eyes of the audience. As they maneuvered backstage, the cheers of the fans faded, replaced by the buzzing in S.Coups's ears.
Backstage, the chaos quieted. The moment they stepped behind the curtain, S.Coups's legs gave out entirely. Jeonghan and Hoshi quickly lowered him to the floor, cradling him in their arms as they assessed his condition. The world around S.Coups continued to spin wildly, and he fought against the urge to close his eyes.
"Breathe, Seungcheol," Jeonghan urged, his hand firmly gripping S.Coups's shoulder. "Just breathe."
"I... can't..." S.Coups managed to gasp, a cold sweat breaking out on his forehead. The noise of his own heartbeat thundered in his ears, drowning out everything else. "What's... happening to me?"
"It's okay, it's okay. You're safe," Joshua soothed, kneeling beside him. The worried looks on their faces made S.Coups feel even more vulnerable, but he couldn't shake the dizziness that clouded his mind.
"Hyung, stay with us," Hoshi said, trying to keep his voice steady. He was visibly shaken, his hands trembling as they pressed against S.Coups's sides. "Just focus on our voices. We're right here."
"Water!" DK shouted from the back, already rushing to find a bottle. The other members crowded around S.Coups, their concern palpable. Each moment felt like an eternity, the room spinning as S.Coups struggled to remain conscious. His breath came in shallow gasps, and he could feel his heart racing.
