Yechan had always thrived under the spotlight. Whether it was in front of a roaring crowd or during the chaotic energy of a variety show, he relished the excitement that came with performing. Today was no different-or so he thought. The group was filming an episode of Weekly Idol alongside CSR, a fun, high-energy atmosphere that usually brought out the best in Yechan. Games, jokes, and lighthearted teasing were par for the course, and he was ready for it.

The current segment was a bingo game that had everyone laughing as they strategized on how to win. Yechan's team was behind, and the pressure to help them catch up gnawed at him as he stepped up for his turn. All eyes were on him, including those of his members and the CSR team. The weight of their expectations settled heavily on his shoulders.

The challenge was straightforward: a speed quiz, where he had to guess words based on his team's clues. Normally, this would be something he'd excel at-he loved a good mental game. But as the timer started, his mind went blank.

"Yechan, you got this!" Yujun cheered from the side, trying to encourage him.

His teammates shouted clues, their voices blending together in a swirl of words he couldn't quite grasp. His heart began to race, faster and faster, until it drowned out everything else.

He couldn't guess a single word.

The buzzer rang out loudly, signaling the end of the game, and Yechan blinked, disoriented. He had failed to get a single bingo spot for his team. A heavy silence fell over him, and despite the laughter from the others, Yechan felt a wave of dread roll through him.

It wasn't the missed guesses that bothered him; it was the sinking feeling in his chest. The room seemed to tilt slightly as the bright studio lights became too harsh, the noise of the game too loud. His breathing quickened, but no matter how hard he tried, it felt like there wasn't enough air in the room. The dizziness hit next, and Yechan's vision blurred around the edges.

"Yechan? Are you okay?" Sumin's voice cut through the haze, full of concern.

Yechan tried to answer, but his throat felt tight. Panic clawed at him, unfamiliar and terrifying. His chest heaved as he struggled to draw a full breath. The room was spinning now, and all he could hear was the pounding of his heartbeat, loud and erratic.

He was panicking, and he couldn't control it.

Without realizing it, Yechan sank down to the floor, his hands trembling as he gripped his knees. The game had long since stopped. He could hear the producers talking, their voices muffled as if they were far away. The cameras stopped rolling.

"Yechan, breathe. Breathe with me," Sumin crouched beside him, his voice calm but filled with urgency.

"Yechan, it's okay," Yujun's hand found his shoulder, grounding him. "We're here. It's okay."

The gentle, familiar touches of his members were comforting, but Yechan was too lost in the whirlwind of his own panic to respond. His breaths were shallow and rapid, each one more desperate than the last. He wanted to tell them he was fine, that it was just a moment of weakness, but the words stuck in his throat.

Sumin mirrored his breathing, trying to guide him into a slower rhythm. "In through your nose, Yechan. Slowly. Hold it, and then out through your mouth."

Yechan squeezed his eyes shut, focusing on Sumin's voice, on the steady presence of Yujun beside him. His body trembled, but he forced himself to try, following Sumin's example. In and out. In and out.

Gradually, the suffocating pressure in his chest eased, and the room stopped spinning. Yechan's breaths were still shaky, but at least they weren't shallow gasps anymore.
