The screams of the crowd were deafening, echoing through the massive concert venue as TREASURE stood on stage, basking in the adoration of their fans. For Junkyu, the Main Vocalist and Visual of the group, the thrill of performing was unlike anything else. The energy that surged through him every time he sang was indescribable, and tonight was no exception. As the final notes of their encore rang out, Junkyu raised his microphone, his heart swelling with gratitude for the sea of lightsticks waving in the dark.

But as the applause thundered in his ears, Junkyu felt something off. His vision swam for a moment, the stage lights blurring into streaks of color. He blinked, trying to shake off the strange sensation, but it lingered. His knees felt weak, and a dizzying nausea rose in his stomach. He gripped the microphone stand a little tighter, his breath quickening as he fought to stay upright.

"Junkyu, you good?" Jihoon, their leader for the night, whispered as he passed by, noticing Junkyu's sudden stillness.

Junkyu forced a smile, nodding. "Yeah, just a little tired. Nothing to worry about."

Jihoon gave him a concerned look but didn't push it. The rest of the members gathered around, waving goodbye to the fans before they all filed offstage. Junkyu walked slowly, focusing on each step, hoping no one would notice how unsteady he felt. His head buzzed, the dizziness only slightly fading once he was away from the flashing lights and thumping music.

Backstage, Hyunsuk, their leader, slapped Junkyu on the back. "Good job tonight! You killed it during the ballad."

Junkyu grinned, ignoring the way the world tilted slightly as he did. "Thanks, hyung. I think the fans really loved it."

"They definitely did," Jeongwoo chimed in, still high on adrenaline. "You looked like you were really feeling the emotions tonight."

"Yeah," Junkyu said softly, his smile faltering as a wave of dizziness washed over him again. His stomach churned, and he had to hold onto the edge of a nearby table to keep from swaying.

"You alright, man?" Jaehyuk asked, noticing Junkyu's pale face.

"I'm fine, just... a little exhausted, I guess. I'll be okay once we get back to the dorm," Junkyu replied, trying to sound casual. He didn't want to worry anyone, and honestly, he thought it might just be fatigue from the intense schedules they'd been keeping. But deep down, he knew something wasn't right.

Junkyu's dizzy spells didn't go away. Over the next few days, they became more frequent and more intense. During dance rehearsals, he'd find himself stumbling over his own feet, his body feeling disconnected from his mind. At first, he wrote it off as simple exhaustion—after all, they'd been practicing non-stop for weeks in preparation for their comeback. But the episodes of dizziness were getting harder to ignore.

One afternoon, while the group was practicing their latest choreography, Junkyu felt the familiar wave of vertigo hit him mid-turn. His vision blurred, and his balance wavered. He tried to catch himself, but his legs gave out beneath him, and he fell to the floor.

The music screeched to a halt, and all eyes turned to him.

"Junkyu!" Hyunsuk rushed over, kneeling beside him. "What happened? Are you okay?"

Junkyu blinked, his head spinning as he tried to sit up. "I'm fine, I just... lost my balance."

"That's the third time this week," Doyoung pointed out, concern lacing his voice. "Are you sure you're alright?"

Junkyu waved them off, pushing himself to his feet with the help of Hyunsuk. "I'm fine, really. It's just... exhaustion, I think."

"Maybe you should see a doctor," Asahi suggested quietly from the back, his eyes filled with worry. "Falling like that isn't normal."
