The air felt thick with tension as Keeho sat alone in the dimly lit practice room, his eyes fixed on his reflection in the mirror. His chest rose and fell in quiet but labored breaths, each inhale a reminder of the exhaustion gnawing at him. They were preparing for their comeback, and as leader, Keeho took it upon himself to perfect every detail. He felt a sense of duty to push through, to lead by example. But as he adjusted his posture and attempted another round of the choreographed moves, he sensed a growing ache deep within, a persistent voice in his head warning him that he was nearing his limit. Yet, he shoved the thought aside, determined to hold everything together.

Across town, Yechan, his younger brother from 82MAJOR, sensed an unusual unease. It was like a small weight pressing on his chest, a faint but growing discomfort that he couldn't shake. They'd always joked about their connection as brothers—the feeling of each other's emotions and pain—but this felt different, like a dark cloud settling over him, the kind their mother used to tell stories about.

Their mother would often recall tales of their family's legendary bond, passed down through generations. They called it the Snow Brothers' bond, a connection so strong that in times of need, brothers could share each other's burdens and pain. Growing up, Yechan had laughed these off as fanciful stories, childhood myths meant to keep them close. But the uneasy feeling in his chest told him otherwise now. He closed his eyes, trying to shake it off, hoping it was just nerves.

On the day of their joint performance at Mcountdown, the weight on Keeho's shoulders felt heavier than ever. He caught a glimpse of himself in the backstage mirror, noticing the shadows beneath his eyes, the tired slant to his normally confident posture. But his resolve remained; this was their moment to shine. They were set to perform SEVENTEEN's "God of Music," and their teams thought it fitting for the brothers to share a duet part. Keeho clenched his jaw, pushing through, focusing only on his responsibility as a leader and brother.

Before their final rehearsal, Yechan caught up to him backstage, worry creasing his features. "Keeho-hyung, you don't look well. Are you sure you're okay?"

Keeho forced a smile, brushing him off with a quick wave of his hand. "I'm fine, Yechan. Just a bit tired. It'll be over soon."

Yet, Yechan couldn't shake the feeling of dread in his gut, a gnawing sense that something was seriously wrong. He met Keeho's gaze as they took their places on stage, the warm familiarity of family grounding him. But as the music began, he saw a flicker of something else in Keeho's eyes—a strain he hadn't seen before, as though his brother were fighting against the weight of exhaustion, hanging on by a thread.

The performance went smoothly, their duet part bringing a surge of energy to the crowd, but Yechan's unease grew stronger. The moment they parted ways to return to their respective dressing rooms, an odd chill ran down Yechan's spine, accompanied by a strange weakness in his limbs. He stumbled as he entered the 82MAJOR dressing room, a wave of nausea and dizziness hitting him, leaving him breathless.

Back in P1Harmony's dressing room, Keeho was feeling the effects of the adrenaline drain. His body felt leaden, his vision blurring as he reached for the chair. Before he knew it, he crumpled to the floor, the world around him disappearing into a haze of darkness.

The shock on the P1Harmony members' faces was instant. Theo was the first to rush over, kneeling to support Keeho's head as he started seizing. Jiung grabbed his phone, fumbling to call for help, while Jongseob shouted desperately, "Someone get Yechan!"

At the same moment in 82MAJOR's dressing room, Yechan's expression was unusually tense as he glanced at Seongil, his eyes flickering with an urgency that couldn't be ignored.

"Seongil," he said, his voice low but firm, "can you go check on Keeho? I... I feel like something bad is happening to him."

Seongil looked at Yechan, confusion etched across his face. He opened his mouth to ask why Yechan couldn't just go see Keeho himself when he noticed something strange—Yechan's face had drained of color, his hands beginning to tremble.
