Chapter 16

They arrived at the school gym where Kuroko and his teammates usually gather.
"Hello."
They all jumped in fright upon hearing Kuroko's voice.
Yoon scoffed, "Right. They are really used to it."
"Kuroko, Nakbin, Yoon! Good thing you are here. We were just discussing some of our plans this festival." Riko smiled brightly.
"Hello." Tyelko suddenly appeared beside her. Riko and the other boys screamed.
"Since when are you there?! And who the hell are you?!" Hyuuga asked.
"I've been here the whole time." He deadpanned. This feels like déjà vu. "Ah sorry minna, this is Tyelko. He's also my cousin twice removed. He came from the eight family."
"I can't take this anymore. Oi Kuroko how many relatives do you have with you?! And why don't you introduce them to us all at once?!" Hyuuga felt like hitting him really.
"I'm sorry he stayed at home yesterday." They all sighed in relief as they calm themselves down.
"Eight family? You know what? Forget it. I don't think so I will even understand that." Kagami scowled. "That is because you are Bakagami," Kuroko deadpanned.
Kagami grabbed his head, this alerted Tyelko taking it as some negative threat and was about to pull out something from his side. Wait, is that a sword? Kuroko slightly smiled at him, telling him that it's alright.
"Don't worry Tyelko, I don't think that the giant red-headed buffoon like him will hurt your light," Yoon snapped.
"Oi the who hell you're calling buffoon?! And did you just say light?" "Tyelko is Tetsuya's shadow as I am Nakbin's. And stop asking further questions if you will not understand them anyway."
"Why you little-" They were distracted by Nakbin's soft laugh. Kagami blushed as he remembered what happened last night.
So the shadow-light thing runs in the family no wonder Kuroko is so devoted about it, but...
"If he is your shadow, why was he not with you Kuroko-kun?"
"I made him stay to watch over Yoon and Nakbin."
"Oh."
They looked at Tyelko as if assessing him closely. He has same hair as Kuroko but his eyes, they are so captivating. Now they think of it everyone from Kuroko's family that they met are extremely good looking and that included Tetsuya himself.

They kept on chatting for hours while enjoying some snacks that Yoon made. "Oohhh Yoon! These taste so great!" Kiyoshi exclaimed.
"Hmph! Of course they do!"
Nakbin giggled. "Don't worry Teppei-sama. That is his way of thanking people. He somehow reminds me of a fictional character who is actually a, uhm, what's that term again? Ah right! A tsundere."
"I am not a tsundere you little backstabber! Where the hell did you learn that?!"
"Oh I read it from one of Aniue's light novels last night!"
They all sweatdropped. A round of applause ladies and gentlemen. She's learning fast! Yoon glared at Kuroko who simply ignored him.
"So what club are you planning to join? Are you going to participate in any contest?" Tsuchida asked the phantom trio.
"We already have Reader's club in mind so we can be with Aniue. But we are still thinking about other stuff to join."
"Mitobe and I will be joining the cooking club! We will also hold a cafe as one of our activities!" Koganei exclaimed.
"That sounds great! What do you think Nakbin?"
"Hmm... Yes I think so too. Too bad Aniue can't join." She said dramatically with mischievous glint in her eyes.
"That's right. I don't think boiled eggs are on the menu," Yoon added as they snickered. Kuroko eyed them with annoyance and shut them up.
"What about basketball? Are you going to join basketball?" Kagami asked.
"Is basketball the only thing you have in mind?" Yoon raised an eyebrow at him.
"Oi! We only just met, you know!"
"That's right he's a basketball idiot after all."
"Oi!" Kagami felt mortally offended and utterly betrayed by his partner's side comment.
"Do we even look like built for basketball?" Yoon pointed out.
"Ah what about your shadow Kuroko? Does he even-"
"I dont know basketball." Tyelko said slowly as he suddenly appeared on his side. Kagami screamed like a little girl, I mean a high-pitched man as he fell from his seat.
"Stop coming out of nowhere!"
Yes, those two are too similar.

Minutes passed, someone came in running slamming the door hard.
"Tetsu-kun!!!" A girl with pink hair came crushing the frail teen with a hug.
"I can't breathe, Momoi-san." As the girl finally released him, a tanned male stepped in.
"Oi Tetsu! What are you guys doing?"
"Aomine-kun," he acknowledged.

"Who are they Tetsuya?" Tyelko suddenly appeared behind Aomine and asked with his ghostly voice, which caused Aomine to yell.
"Where did you come from?!"
"It is not nice to yell at someone, ganguro," Yoon deadpanned. For the second time of the day, Aomine screeched, clutching his chest staring at two boys and a girl, who waved at him.

"Nakbiiiinnn!!!" Momoi went to crush her with a hug, they breasts pressing together causing indignant yells and blushes among the males. Riko hit them all with her fan.
"The hell Satsuki? You know these people?"
"Just Nakbin. Tetsu-kun told me about her. She's his little sister."
"Hah?"
Momoi glanced back at Nakbin flashing her with a smile. "Don't mind Aomine-kun, Nakbin-chan. I'm Momoi Satsuki. Nice to meet you."
Nakbin curtsied back with a smile.
"The honor is mine Satsuki-sama. Aniue told me you were the one who chose these shoes for me. I love them so much!" She said raising Momoi's hands close to her. "However, he failed to mention how beautiful you are."
That dropped the bomb. Momoi felt like fainting. The others sweatdropped, Charming ladies runs in their family.

"Oi Tetsu! How come I did not know about this?!"
"I apologize Aomine-kun but you never asked me," he said, deadpanned.
"Allow me to introduce you then. This is my younger sister, Nakbin, my cousins Yoon and Tyelko. Imoto-chan, Yoon-kun, Tyelko, these are my friends from middle school, Aomine-kun and Momoi-san." The two were taken aback as phantom trio bowed and curtsied at the same time. Momoi who wanted to impress Tetsu's family did her best to curtsy as well.
"Aomine, he is one of your lights, right Tetsuya?"
"Yes." Yoon smirked. "First a brown haired blabbermouth with crumbs all over his face, a giant red headed buffoon," he said pointing at Kagami.
"Oi!"
Aomine snickered at this with Kagami glaring at him, as Yoon pointed at him. "...and now a walking overcooked dough, way to go finding proper partners Tetsuya." Yoon clapped his hands teasingly.
"The hell did you call me?!"
Kagami laughed at this, causing the two lights to argue. Riko rubbed her temples and hit the two with her fan.
