Obviously they aren't all of the cookies, but it's just a small idea for some of them.
Patton and Virgil were stood in the kitchen, Patton baking cookies and Virgil watching and waiting for the first batch to cool so he could ice them. "Kiddo?" Patton turns to Virgil as he starts to open up the icing ready to start decorating. "Hmm?" Virgil looks at the fatherly-trait.
"Oh, you're already on it, I was gonna ask you to ice the cookies. Make sure you do some especially for Roman and Logan, decorate it with things they like."
"I know Dad" Virgil mumbles.
Patton turned back to the new batch he was in the process of making, whilst Virgil mixed and dyed the icing.
Virgil separated the cookies into two piles, one for Roman and the other for Logan.
Using the coloured dye, he decorated the cookies, with books, glasses, science and math for Logan, and castles, crowns, Disney and a red sash for Roman.
As Patton was putting the next batch in the oven, Virgil finished decorating the last of the cookies.
"They look amazing kiddo!"
Virgil shrugged and smiled sheepishly. "I guess..."
Patton served the cookies on two plates, careful not to ruin the designs Virgil had carefully done.
Shortly after, the second lot of cookies had finished in the oven and Virgil mixed more icing for that batch, and did the same thing he had done for the last lot of cookies. He separated them into two piles and planned out what he would do on the cookies.
One the one pile, for Patton, he decorated them writing out "Dad", hearts and glasses. And on his pile of cookies he decorated them using music notes and instruments.
Once all of the cookies were done, Patton called Logan and Roman down to show them the hard work Virgil and he had put into the sugar filled treats for the other sides, just to make them happy.
Roman arrived first and upon the brief glance he had of the cookies he grinned and was pleased with them.
Logan arrived a short while after. He studied the cookies and noticed the detail and care that had gone into the cookies. He smiled to the other traits and thanked them, taking them by surprise as he never really smiles.
Patton said nothing as he watched the other two traits eat a cookie each, both enjoying them greatly.
He turned to Virgil, "I guess our cookies were a hit!"
Virgil gave a small smile, "must be the love you put into them..."
"Kiddo, you're designs were better than I could have ever done, it was a joint effort, so it was my love and your artistic ability, and the love you won't admit that is in there." Patton grinned at the dark trait as he shrunk into his hoodie, hiding from the stares of the other two.
"Virgil, I was not aware you had a phenomenal artistic ability." Virgil shrugged at the logical trait, and tried to hide himself more, as he wasn't used to the attention.
Roman looked at the youngest trait and smiled reassuringly, "they're fantastic!"
Virgil sent a small smile to the other two traits, "thanks, I guess" he shrugged slightly.
Patton picked up a cookie and held up Virgil's cookie plate to get him to take one. Once he had picked the cookie he wanted, Patton took a bite out of his cookie and grinned, "They are amazing, I'm going to get you to bake cookies with me more often, Virg!"
Virgil smiled and ate his cookie, "I wouldn't mind that Dad."
They sat together in the kitchen eating the entirety of the cookies, all enjoying them and agreeing that Patton and Virgil should bake more often.
