I finally did it. I hope it is what you expected.

Make sure to read "why" and "pain" (both Analogical) before reading this one. It will make so much more sense.

Roman sat on his bed, it wasn't that he didn't love Virgil. He just, loved someone else more... and he knew it would break Virgil if he found out Roman had cheated, with Patton. Roman knew Virgil would be angry, this way, he wouldn't actually find out. Would he?

Roman was sat with Patton in the commons, watching a Disney movie, and Virgil and Logan had joined in at some point, but quiet often, roman would notice Virgil staring at him.

Logan also noticed, often pulling the anxious trait closer, causing the latter to turn his attention back to the movie, temporarily.

At some point, Roman has pulled his hand out of Patton's and he realised he had spaced out.

Without saying a word, he left the commons and went to his room, pacing back and forth.

Patton walked in, pulling the fanciful trait into a hug.

"He doesn't know what I did and it hurts. I regret it so much but I can't bare to tell him. He'd hate me."

"I think he'd be disappointed. Not hate you..."

"Cookie, was I wrong?"

"Well cheating is always wrong, but so is lying, and Virgil seems to be happier now, but are you happy?"

"Yes and no. Yes because I have you, no because I lost him and I've lied to him."

"Be honest then."

The two traits lay on Romans bed talking for a while.

A few days later, Roman and Virgil were in the commons, Virgil with his headphones on, and Roman on his phone.

"Are you happy?"

Roman heard the same question Patton had asked him a few days prior, he turned his attention to the darker trait.

"Yes." He lied, "Are you?"

"As happy as I can be. Im still not over us. I don't think I ever will be."

Virgil stood up and went to leave, but Roman spoke first, "I cheated."

"I know."

"What? How?"

"I could see the way you looked at Patton, I understood you love him, whilst it hurt, I chose to let go, just like you chose to walk away. I'm sorry you felt like you needed to cheat."

With that Virgil walked off, and left the fanciful trait to his thoughts.
