Friends and Enemies Au? (No Ship)

Patton hated looking in mirrors.

Not because he was self-conscious, but he always felt like he was being watched, and although it felt and sounded silly, he was almost convinced there was someone on the other side of the mirror.

What he didn't know was, there was someone else watching him, and all of the other sides in their respective rooms.

On the other side of the mirror, lay a reverse world, so to speak.

Where the sides are all female, the host never changes, however certain things about the host can, such as their sexuality or hobbies.

The other world had different versions of the sides we know.

One morning, as Patton was getting ready for the day, he saw a shadow pass his mirror. He knew he was alone, so what was it?

He took a step closer, confused.

He peered in, but saw nothing other than his own reflection.

Out of nowhere, a face popped up, causing Patton to stumble backwards out of fright.

"HI!" the female in the mirror exclaimed, and stepped out.

"Wow, your room is so different to mine, and by so different I mean the same but for females."

"W-Who are you?" Patton finally managed out.

"I'm you, from through there silly!" she replied pointing to a mirror.

"What's your name?" Patton slowly began to get over his initial shock.

"Pattern!"

Patton cracked a small smile at the other.

"Wait, so if you're a female version of me, does that mean there's a female version of everyone else too?"

"Yeah, you should come meet 'em!"

"Can you bring them here and they can all meet each other?"

"That's the issue, I'm the only one who can get out, and we're kind of in danger. We need you to come through here, all four of you, your mirror being the only we can get through, and it's urgent. If you don't, everything could fall apart, your host included."

"Literally?"

"No, not quite."

"Oh, so just messy?"

"Yeah. Hurry and get the others. Before it's too late and she realizes what I have done."

Before Patton could ask any more questions, she vanished, and Patton went to get the others.

Once he had corralled everyone else in his room, and briefly explained everything. Telling them they had to leave now, and he'd answer questions later.

The four made it through the mirror, without a problem. 

When they stepped out the other side, Patton realized what Pattern meant about their rooms looking the same just gender reversed.

Roman and Logan looked around in awe.

Four other sides burst into the room, all female versions of Thomas' sides.

Roman was immediately thrilled, and went over to greet his female counterpart, Roanne.

Logan and Virgil were more skeptical, however it seemed their counterparts were just as skeptical.

Lola turned to Pattern and muttered something about knowing if they could trust them.

Pattern reassured them that it was okay.

Lola agreed and went to greet Logan, the two immediately talking about the threat Pattern mentioned to Patton earlier.

Virgil was last to meet his counterpart, being anxiety and all.

He scratched the back of his neck as the female version of him walked over.

"I'm Vergelle." She said, almost too quietly.

Virgil gave her a small wave, and found himself more comfortable around her.

"Virgil." He said.

The eight of them stood talking briefly before they entered the main problem.

"So there's this person and she keeps threatening to hurt us, and destroy everything, however we aren't able to do anything, being traits and all, so we don't know how she has threatened us." Pattern explained.

"Vanquish Her!" Roman exclaimed, and Roanne immediately agreed.

"We cannot do that." Lola countered.

"Why?" Roman pouted.

"She is a, what you would call, supernatural being, she is a lot like a witch, in dragon form."

"Dragonwitch" Virgil found himself muttering.

"Exactly.' Lola agreed.

Virgil's eyes widened and he looked to the floor, shrinking in on himself more.

The eight of them spent more time brainstorming ideas, trying to come up with something, anything, to help.

They finally came up with an idea.

Not a moment to late.

As they finalized their plan, a loud voice boomed overhead.

"Your time is up!"

I have to get this up now as I have work in half an hour and I wanted I get this up before I forgot the idea.
