The Girl Who Literally FAILED At Life

The Comebacks Are Real

He always has to make a comeback.

I mean like I thought us communicating was kinda dead but then he has to come back.

I was sitting alone at lunch because Wednesday is year book meetings and he walks over and sits with me and says, "Hey Lynda how are you doing?"

"Eh."

"Is there something wrong?"

There's a lot of things wrong TBH but you know... Half of the time I don't even know why I'm upset. "Just life."

"I see." He answers nodding.

"Aren't you going to sit with your friends?" I say kinda feeling awkward.

"I am... Sitting with... My friend." He says looking at me while biting into his sandwich so I just shrug and look awkwardly at my lunchbox.

Then his friend Callan comes over and Callan's like "Oh we're sitting with Lynda?"

"Yeah I'm dating her now, I'm dating both of you but don't tell each other." He said joking around. Technically I'd be like his 5th joking around girlfriend.

Then they talk about how ugly Brownie's little brother is and how stupid he is.

And so I'm just like, "Your so nice." Of course in my sarcastic way.

So they left for five minutes to play paddle ball against his brother which he lost.

Later when he came back and his friend Callan left to play basketball he offered me his dried mango.

Honestly I was so hungry because I had this tiny sandwich because my dad has like no food and no money to buy food. And by the way he was offering he either noticed I hadn't eaten that much food or he was just being nice.

I think he was just being nice but I kinda felt myself get defensive and get like one piece (there were five pieces) and say "You can have it back even though I still wanted some."

He's said, "No it's all yours. Unless you don't want it I'll just throw it away."

So I shrug and just eat it. I never even said thanks like a normal person. And we didn't talk after that, and I think I kinda scared him off because he originally refused to go play basketball with Callan because he was to tired.

But obviously he didn't have anyone else to talk to because of the way I was acting so I went to Callan.

I feel like a jerk TBH. And honestly that could've played out better. Despite me being salty over the whole leading me on thing. Idek anymore.
