"Babe! The taxi is outside, you ready?" Dolph walked into the kitchen where I was from the front room.
"I was ready to go fifteen minutes ago, I've been sat waiting for you."
"Oh." I grabbed my keys, looking at him in his suit. "Why didn't you say anything?"
"I thought I'd wait and see how much longer you took seeing as you always brag about how you're quicker than me." I smirked, watching his expression drop.
"I swear normally I'm ready quicker than you," he protested. I shook my head, sarcastically looking down at my watch.
"In the time it takes you to do your hair I can shower, do my own hair, and do my makeup." Dolph shook his head, running a hand through his curly locks.
"You're exaggerating." I rolled my eyes, practically pushing him out of the door to the taxi.
"I don't think I am." I locked the door, putting my keys into my clutch. "You're just so vain, I guess you can't help it."
"I'm not vain." I raised a questionable eyebrow at him, waiting for him to backdown. "Alright, maybe I am a little bit vain, but that's not a bad thing."
"No, not at all," you reassured, pecking his cheek.
