Carlisle and Esme's Imprint

Chapter 20

-Two years later-
-Aiyana-

I still looked like a four year old, even thought I'm 7. I'm homeschooled, while the 8 year old Britney goes to school. I don't hate her anymore, I just don't talk to her.

Today we were having fun with Sam's pack and Jacob's pack. I was playing with Samuel, He's Sam's 8 year old son. Mommy was talking with Emily.

"Sammy catch" I said and threw a baseball at his direction. He ran and jumped then caught it. He cheered and I clapped happily.

"Now you catch" He said  and threw the ball, he threw it really high.

"I don't think I can get it" I said then looked around making sure Britney or any other humans are around.

I leaped in the air and grabbed the ball. "Yay I caught it" I cheered me. "Oh my God" I heard a familiar screech.

I looked down and saw Britney staring up at me in horror.

I quickly went down. Britney ran to Mommy and Daddy with fear in her eyes as she kept them on me.

"You didn't tell her yet" Sammy whispered. I shook my head. "She didn't deserve to know yet" I whispered back.

"I bet 5 bucks if she calls you a monster" He smirked. "10 bucks if she calls me a freak" I smiled. We shook hands.

"Daddy she was flying, Humans don't fly, she's a freak" She screeched. I cheered at my victory while Sammy groaned.  Everyone looked at us. "Pay up sir" I said with my hand out. He placed the bill in my hand and I kissed his cheek. He pouted.

"You two are a mess" Emily said amused. "Wait how are you so calm about this" Britney said. "Calm down honey, we already knew this" Mommy said.

"How come I didn't know" She said angrily. Me and Sammy continued on playing.

"You didn't deserve to know anything yet" Nessie snarled walking pass us.

"We didn't want to tell you, because of how you were gonna react and you prove us right when you called Aiyana a freak" Esme said.

"But that's what she is" Britney said glaring in Aiyana's direction.

"If she's a freak then we are all freaks" I said. She laughed and shook her head. "You guys aren't freaks" She said. Emmett laughed. "This beauty doesn't come naturally" Alice said as she passed by.

Britney looked confused. "We're Vampires" I said. She laughed and we just looked at her. She saw that we weren't laughing and stopped.

"Y-You're serious" She stuttered. "You won't drink my blood" She asked scared.

"Eww, no one wants rotten blood" I heard Renesmee said from afar.

We shook our heads and she smiled. "I thought vampires have red eyes, why are yours gold?" She asked  "We drink animal blood" I answered. "Then what are Nessie and Aiyana" She spat Aiyana's name in distaste.

I nearly growled but held it back. "They are Hybrids, half human and Half Vampire and also twin sisters" I said.

"Why is Nessie older looking than Aiyana?" She asked. "Because Aiyana is mostly human" I said.

"But If Nessie's parents are Edward and Bella, then why is Aiyana calling you two her parents?" She asked.

"There is an old legend of Vampire Imprinting, a vampire couple imprint on a child and that child is bonded to them by heart and soul. Vampire Imprinting is very
rare" I explained.
