Todoroki: Midoriya‘s mom is telling my dad she’s adopting me.

Inko: YOU WON’T SO MUCH AS TEXT IF HE DOESN’T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

All Might: All right, Ms. Midoriya, that’s enough. Is Young Todoroki staying with you?

Inko: Yes.

Endeavor: You can’t do that! That’s illegal.

All Might: We can ask your son what he would rather do. Young Todoroki, what are you doing?

Todoroki: I’m staying with the Midoriyas.

Endeavor: I’m still his legal guardian.

All Might: As the number one hero, I give Shoto Todoroki permission to stay with the Midoriyas over the summer.
