Aizawa: Hey, Mic?

Present Mic: What is it?

Aizawa: Do you remember when you said you wanted kids.

~Flashback~
Present Mic: Aww, that kid is so cute.

~Present~
Present Mic: That’s not how the conversation went but okay?

Aizawa: I’ve adopted a child. *steps aside to reveal Todoroki, covered in burns*

Todoroki: I’ve been kidnapped.

Aizawa: Also, I punched Endeavor.

Present Mic: SHOUTA! You can’t just go around kidnapping your students! Also, how’d Endeavor take it?

Aizawa: Well, I had some help from Ms. Midoriya. She yelled at him, I punched him, then we agreed to split custody between the two of us and his siblings.

Present Mic: What about his siblings?

Aizawa: I spoke with them. They’re okay with living in the Todoroki mansion and they’ll call me if they need help. 

Present Mic: Oh. *using his quirk* WELCOME TO THE FAMILY PART-TIME, SHOUTO!!!!!

Shouto: Thanks?

Present Mic: So… last names? What are you thinking?

Shouto: Well… I was planning on… using my… current last name?

Present Mic: What’s the custody schedule?

Aizawa: Well, he’s rotating between us, the Midoriya’s, and his siblings. We meet on Saturday to figure it out. We just happened to be closer to our house when the fight went down.

~Saturday~
Inko, Izuku, Fuyumi, Natsuo, Todoroki, Aizawa, and Present Mic:*at a cafe*

Aizawa: Well, I guess we should start this meeting.

Fuyumi: Our father is always out on Saturday and Sunday. Shouto can stay with us on those days.

Present Mic: We have mandatory training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Inko: He can stay with us on those days.

Aizawa: Tuesdays and Thursdays work for us.

Izuku: I bet All Might would give us permission to do this!

Shouto: Midoriya, I don’t think All Might as the authority to do that. Not anymore, at least.

Natsuo: We could trick Dad into giving us permission. He’s in a mood and will basically pay us to go away because we’re not Touya or Shoto.

Aizawa: I’ll get a lawyer to type up a contract. As long as one of you is there when he signs the paper, we should be good.

~Later~
Natsuo: Dad will you sign this.

Endeavor: Will you get out?

Fuyumi: Only if you sign it.

Endeavor:*signs the paper* Now get out! And tell Shouto he’s late for training.

Natsuo: Can’t do that!

Endeavor:*flaming* Why?

Fuyumi: Because *signs paper* You don’t have custody of him anymore. *gives paper to Natsuo*

Natsuo:*signs paper* Legally… He can stay with us when you’re not home.

Endeavor:*screams*

Fuyumi and Natsuo:*run out before they get set on fire*

~Later~
Fuyumi: He signed it. *puts paper on the lawyer’s desk*

Lawyer: Well, congratulations.

Inko, Aizawa, Present Mic, Fuyumi, and Natsuo: Thank you.

Shouto and Izuku:*high five*

Present Mic: We should celebrate!

Aizawa: This doesn’t need to get out to the media.

Natsuo: Yeah, probably not.

Fuyumi: Dad wouldn’t be very happy if it got out.

Inko: I have some cookies at home if you want to come over.

Aizawa: That wouldn’t be as much as a scandal.

~At the Midoriya house~
