They found Goldy with Amelia in the infirmary, who was stocking up on supplies. "Have you ever added battery acid to coffee? It gives you a real kick starter!"
"I know right!" Goldy exclaimed, handing Amelia some supplies. "It's so useful sometimes!"
Oh no. Almost everyone thought. There is another one.
"Goldy no!" Unicorn exclaimed. "And when have you tried that!?"
"Hey bud!" Goldy replied. "I tried it when you were gone for a day! It made everything so colorful!"
"Battery acid can kill you!"
"Not if you gain immunity~!" Amelia spoke up.
"...That's not...no...." Unicorn mumbled out.
"Dear god," Tori breathed out. "Is she always like that?"
Tony, Tina, and Ryan spoke in unison. "Yep." Making the rest groaned.
"How is she alive?" Matt leaned over and asked Ryan.
"I have no clue."
Tony nodded in agreement. "I'm surprised she is still uninjured."
"Ya." Tina agreed.
"Wait," Slade gave a horrified look. "This is how she is the whole time?"
"Sadly." Ryan sighed. "She was worse though when we were younger, so I can't complain."
Almost everyone gave him horrified looks. "Done~!" Amelia sang out, giving a small twirl to face the others. "Hey little bro! I'm assuming you got a group to fix that portal!?"
Petra gave a sputter. "How many times do I have to say to stop calling me that!" He huffed. "And yes, in matter of fact I have."
"The portal made a boom when it split." Goldy giggled. "It was loud."
"Do you think those two should be together?" Petra asked Slade who merely shrugged.
"She's a healer, and they have the same attitude..."
"Goldy," Unicorn spoke. "Why don't you stay with...uh..."
Seeing his struggle, Tori leaned over to him. "Amelia."
"Why don't you stay with Professor Amelia for a bit?"
Both girls looked thrilled at the prospect of that. "Really!?" They said in unison.
"Have you ever seen an acid melt through bone?" Amelia turned to Goldy almost instantly, who snapped to attention. "It does it so quickly! Follow me!" Amelia exclaimed, and ran off, with Goldy trailing behind, giggling like crazy.
The group watched them run off, heading to a room somewhere else. "Well," Ryan stated. "We're all going to die." Tina gave a nod.
"Yep." Unicorn gave a nod. "So how have you guys been?"
Tina gave a shrug. "Good I guess."
"Alright." Tony spoke.
"Meh." Ryan looked at him. "You?"
Before he could answer, a muffled boom was heard. Slade and Petra starred in the direction of the sound, and looked at one another, horrifed. "We should probably check on that." Ryan said.
Tina groaned, and spun on her heel. "GOLDY!" She yelled, storming off.
"Are they... always like this?" Tori asked.
Ryan and Unicorn nodded.
Another boom was heard, and this time a loud whooshing sound came after it. Wind rippled around them, fluttering their clothes and hair. They heard some doors being slammed shut by the wind too. Crazy beeping went off in Unicorn's pocket, making his skin pale. "The portal's destabilizing! Where's the portal!?" He asked.
