Waking up I groaned at the light, there were plenty of windows and it was sunny as hell here so it was bright. Looking beside me I watched Jayla, her eyes still shut and mouth slightly parted. The bedsheets at her hip, leaving her back exposed. Her dreamcatcher tattoo on her side and angel tattoo on her shoulder blade, the kids names and birthday next to it. Looking at my phone I realized we needed to go. We were going to hike to a waterfall today and tomorrow go on a tour at the volcano park. I kissed Jayla's head nudging her softly.
"Babe, time to get up." After a few minutes, she yawned and stretched. I got up tossing on a tank and some shorts. I brushed my hair and teeth tossing my hair in a bun. As I grabbed my shoes I looked up at Jayla, bathing suit and shorts, sneakers gracing her feet and her hair tossed messily up on her head. "You're beautiful."

"Whatever." She said blushing. We hopped in the jeep driving to where the trail was. We both had small bags, holding our phones, some water and lunch and some towels. The hike was probably about 40 minutes give or take and I was taking her swimming. Where we were was kind of off the beaten path and secluded, nt really one of the super touristy parts, that would come another day during this trip. I stopped to check on Jayla and she was a bit back from me looking at the view, taking a picture. I walked back up to her, taking the phone. I turned us taking a picture, the view behind us.

"Thank you handsome." She said kissing me softly.
"Welcome, gorgeous. You doing ok?"
"Yes, this is awesome, what about you, your body ok?"
"Yeah, I'm fine."
JAYLA POV
I heard water and as we came around a corner I stopped. It was beautiful, there was a large circle of water that trickled off down a stream but I was awestruck by the waterfall, everything looked amazing, tropical, unreal.
