Living a normal life was now impossible to Lily after being kidnapped by the tatters. She was stolen off of the boat that was supposed to take her to England to study from the White Sea after visiting her family that lived in Egypt because of her fa...
I smiled as Suleiman picked our son up just as Hurrem walked into the room with a sour face on. It made me feel proud that she gave the dynasty a girl while I gave them a prince.
"I will name him after the most important thing in my life and that's my dynasty," Suleiman said making his mother smile brightly at him. I couldn't help but smirk at Hurrem at his words.
"Your name will be Osman" my heart fluttered as the name slipped through his lips. My Osman was placed beside me on the bed. I unconsciously placed my hand on his small head protectively and started rubbing it slightly like I wanted to comfort him as he slept and reminded him that I was here beside him.

"May he have a long life" the Valide said clapping her hands slightly. I smiled up at her as my gratitude feeling drained from birth.
The Valide walked out of my room followed by everyone else even Hurrem. I looked up from the baby to Suleiman who was already looking at me with a look in his eyes that made my heart skip a beat.
"I've missed you" I whispered not to wake the babe beside me. He walked to the front of the bed and took off his coat placing it at the foot of the bed before climbing in beside me.
"I've missed you too" he whispered in my ear before placing a kiss to the side of my head.
"Sleep, you need to regain your strength," he said pushing me slightly down so I would be fully laying down.
"I'm scared to take my eyes off of him" I admitted moving my gaze to my son who was sleeping peacefully not knowing what was happening around him.
"I'm here, no one will dare disturb either of you" Suleiman promised sliding down a little and pulled me into his chest. I extended my hand and placed over my sleeping son to feel him as a way to comfort myself.
Suleiman placed his arm under my head as his other one wrapped around my waist pulling me closer to him. I couldn't help but slowly slip into unconsciousness to the sound of his breathing and calming whispers.
When I woke up the next day it was filled with panic for a second as neither Suleiman nor Osman were laying beside me. I sat up to see Suleiman sitting on the couch in my room with the babe in his arms. Suleiman was whispering things to Osman like he was trying not to wake me up.
I placed my hand on my chest feeling relief fill me up at the sight of them both. I pushed the covers off of me and slid to the end of the bed slowly to not hurt myself. Suleiman looked up from Osman and looked at me with a charming smile which I returned.
With the held of the pillar around the bed, I pulled myself up and walked over to where he sat and took a seat beside him myself.
"Good morning my love," he said leaning down and kissing my lips for the first time since his return. I closed my eyes memorizing the moment not wanting it to end just yet.
"Good morning my sultan," I said back as we pulled away. I looked down at Osman who was wide awake watching us with curious eyes.
"I was telling Osman about the wars we will be winning together along with his brothers in the future," he said watching me as I smiled.
"I can't wait for that future but at the same time, I fear it. I fear that you will take him with you on one but never return him" I admitted taking Osman from him as he started getting fuzzy a little probably hungry. I bounced him a little making him settle slightly.
"That won't happen. I promise" he kissed my forehead before leaving me alone in the room. I pulled my dress down and let Osman feed and he was one hungry baby.
"Come in," I said as someone knocked on the door. I fixed myself as Rosie walked in with three maids behind her holding dresses for me to choose.
"Are you sure you're feeling okay hatun?" She asked looking at me worriedly. I smiled at her as I bounced Osman slightly after he burped to make him settle and fall asleep again.
"I'm okay, Rosie" I gave her a reassuring smile. I got up and kneeled down beside the bed Hatice sultan sent for me yesterday as her present on the birth. I placed Osman down carefully to not wake him up as he slowly fell asleep in the comfort of the silk blankets.
"Which dress hatun?" Rosie asked as I sat back on the couch. I leaned back and looked at the options in front of me. All of these dresses were beautiful and could belong to a sultana not only by me, a mere concubine that gave the sultan a son. Well, I was now a Kadin not only a concubine and the sultan's favorite, I do spend my nights with him.
"I've never seen any of these dresses before" I pointed out looking between them again.
"These dresses are a present from the Valide sultan" she explained. I smirked knowing that Hurrem would feel jealous about this. I raised my eyebrows teasingly at Rosie who smiled at me knowing what was going on in my head.
"Well, then I will choose the one on the left," I said pointing at a beautiful purple dress. Rosie pulled it from the maid's arms and placed it down on the couch beside me. I stood up and pulled off of me the sleeping gown I had on and let her slip the dress over my body and button it up.
I sat down on a chair and let one of the other maids do my hair appropriately. I made sure Rose was beside Osman and at the same time, I would stop the maid every now and then to look over and check up on my small baby who still sleeping like an angel in his bed.
