Ginny and Kennedy had been stuck in Ginny and Molly's room folding clothes for a few hours since they decided to do Molly and favor and fold up some of her clothes so she could spend some more time with Bill before they all had to head back.
So by the time they had finished doing all of the folding and putting away all of the trinkets Molly had gotten from shops all around the town it was nearly dark meaning they all would be leaving fairly soon.
Deciding to go check up on her boys Kennedy walked tiredly up the stairs half tempted to just curl up on the floor and wait for Bill to find her one of these days. Though when she heard hushed whispers coming from the room she clambered through the doorway unsteadily and sat wide eyed when she saw the room spotless.
Not a single garment of clothing had been left on the floor nor a single crumb of food. Kennedy thought she would've had to come up here and smack some sense into Fred and George though they had been perfectly fine and had even started taking there trunks in hand to bring them down stairs.
Though when Kennedy made eye contact with the two the air in the room became dense which made an uneasy feeling creep into Kennedy's stomach as she glanced between her two Weasels.
"What happened?" She asked which almost seemed to smack Fred out of it.
"What do you mean what did we do? Can you not see were bringing our trunks down?" He half snapped which caused a frown to settle onto Kennedy's tired face.
"I mean I guess I assumed something happened because the second I walked into the room the atmosphere grew fairly awkward. And that never happens with us." She explained only for George to let out a sigh as he pushed Fred forward towards the door only to leave George and Kennedy in the room.
"Ignore him, Kenny. We're all just a bit tired." He explained only to ignore Kennedy's mouth opening to give a response as he knocked his shoulder slightly against hers as he left the room without another word.
Confusion mixed with shock remained on Kennedy's helpless face as she stared at the door where the two boys had disappeared to.
"What decided to crawl up there butts today?" She whispered as she shook her head and stomped lightly out of the room, making sure to shut the door behind her as the sound of grunts and shouts came from down stairs.
With a slight drag to her step Kennedy hopped down the final steps to only see a frustrated and flabbergasted Bill, Arthur, Molly, Ron and Ginny standing by the fireplace in the corner of the room. As Kennedy's foot stepped into the living room all eyes turned to her.
"What did you do to cause those two to get in such a grumpy mood?" Ron asked as he situate himself and Ginny into the fireplace before he grabbed a handful of Floo Powder only to shout something that was drowned out by the sound of fire erupting around the two.
Still a bit stunned from the question he had asked Kennedy turned her attention toward a concerned Molly who stared at the fireplace where her children had disappeared to. Meanwhile Arthur and Bill watched Kennedy carefully.
"Do you know what's going on?" Bill asked gently when he saw the confusion of Kennedy's face.
"No not at all. Fred, George and I were perfectly fine last night, they only started acting weird when I went upstairs to check in on there packing progress." Kennedy explained as she leant against a nearby wall causing a frown to appear on her face as well as Arthurs.
"What could've caused them to get into such a grumpy state? Last time I saw those two frown was when we told them they couldn't bring self igniting dung bombs on the trip to visit my sister." Arthur state as he shook his head some.
