Three sets of feet went thudding down the steps from the lone room that two girls stayed in somewhere near Gryffindor tower. After Kennedy, Leighton, and Maisie finished cracking the code to the golden egg, they immediately ran for their rooms to shower and get dressed. Obviously, Leighton finished first, so he just met up and sat with Kennedy to wait for Maisie to finish.
Once they were all clean and dressed in their robes they began to hunt down Milo, or better yet Sean. Kennedy hadn't really 'met' the boy, but she does remember sharing a potions class with him one year, so she was rather excited to finally have a conversation with the boy.
The trio ran through the school halls kicking up dust bunnies and squashing spiders that roamed the floors as they barreled into students to try and find the two boys they had their minds set on seeing.
So far they had checked the library, the Owlery, and even Leighton even checked Ravenclaw Tower. As soon as they had checked those three spots they went to the great hall, but apparently, it was closed due to clean-up since a rather rambunctious set of Hufflepuff fourth years decided to start a food fight.
"Where do we go now?" Maisie groaned as she leaned against Leighton who was smirking at her exhausted state. "My feet feel utterly raw. They may be made of meat within, but I shouldn't be feeling it."
"Dramatic much?" Leighton teased while Maisie glared up to the boy who towered a solid five or six inches over her.
"Bite me." She smiled sarcastically while turning to Kennedy who was laughing lightly at her two friends.
"It still amazes me how bi-polar your friendship is. I mean you both despised one another at first."
"Still do." They both respond.
"We just learned to tolerate one another for short periods of time." Maisie continued.
"And we're pushing that limit right now." Leighton state blankly causing Kennedy to snort.
"Alright you two, should we look in the courtyard? It's not closed off since its around four-thirty." She asked the two who shrugged their shoulders.
"Might as well. We're running out of places to look." Leighton said.
Kennedy nodded her head and together the three sped walk down the hall to avoid getting cussed out by their dear pal Maisie. Soon enough after many grunts and whine's from said girl, the three made it to the courtyard was none other than Sean sat chatting to Milo who was laying in a patch of grass next to the wall Sean was lent against.
"Bingo." Kennedy and Maisie whispered to one another while giving each other a fist bump. Leighton just furrowed his brows at the two and shook his head with a small smile on his face.
"Weirdo's."
"That makes you a weirdo by association." Maisie quipped only to walk after Kennedy before he could respond, leaving the boy rather baffled as he stumbled after her.
"Hi Milo!" Kennedy greet the boy as the three of them walked up to him.
Kennedy almost awed at him when she saw how bright his eyes were shining. He truly was really happy and she could see it.
"Hey, Kennedy! Hi Leighton, Maisie." He greet them as the other two arrived next to Kennedy, and soon enough they all were sat in a circle.
"I'd like you all to meet Sean, my..." Milo trailed off looking to Sean who smiled with a relatively deep laugh.
Sean was rather attractive in Kennedy's mind. He was a tall scrawny boy with dark brown hair that was loosely swept back on his head. He had naturally pink cheeks and brown eyes that complement the small freckles scattered around his nose and under his eyes.
