Apologies for the delay, I gave my laptop to a family member and ended up getting a new one today! The inconsistency with my uploads will come to a stop now. I genuinely feel terrible, and I hope to be back on schedule now!

So without further ado, enjoy this new chapter! :)

A tall woman stood in front of Kennedy's small body slumped against the glistening white floors of the beyond. The resemblance the smaller girl had to the taller one was uncanny. They shared the same nose, brown hair (although the women's was longer), and small patches of freckles underneath their eyes.

Each of them had pink cheeks and bags under their eyes while they held the same scars across their arms and hands. Though the woman seemed to have a few additional ones like the slash across her eye and the chipped skin at the bottom of her lip.

She leaned against a random pillar in the middle of this large room that gleamed a blinding white which light reflected upon easily. The room was warm and gave off a comforting feeling that soaked deep into the soul of your being.

The women's clothes were shredded some but they still managed to cover a majority of her body, only leaving some of her leg exposed and a small portion of her ribs.

It looked like she had just gone through hell and back, but to be honest, that wasn't very far off.

Kennedy began to fumble around as she stretched her limbs out feeling a strange warmth surrounding every inch of her body.

There was a comfort surrounding her but deep in her body, she could feel that something was off. She felt like her body was shifting in a way, but that was insane, wasn't it?

Surely it was.

A moment passed as she let out an exaggerated yawn while propping herself up on her forearms. Her tired eyes slowly fluttered open and immediate confusion wrapped Kennedy in an unwelcomed hug.

Everything around her was white. The walls, the floor, the sky, everything.

The only bit of color came from the clothing of a woman that looked scarily like her. Just a bit older if that were possible but Kennedy hadn't a clue what was going on.

"Hi there." The older women state from the pillar she was propped up against. An amused smirk slipped onto her face as she watched the younger version of herself splutter and stand up drastically quick while slipping on the glossy floors under her feet.

"What the freak?" Kennedy spoke and the older version of herself cringed some at the lack of stronger vocabulary that could have been used.

Small Kennedy held her hand up in defense and the women across from her rolled her eyes some.

"If you can't take down Nova at that age I wouldn't count on taking me down hotshot."

Kennedy furrowed her brows and continued to open and close her mouth.

This was insanely weird. Her voice was coming from the women across from her, yet she herself wasn't saying anything. And to top it off the woman looked so much like her that she had to stop herself from passing out then and there from shock.

"Who the hell are you?" Kennedy asked wearily as she continued to glance around the room.

"Wow, I was not the brightest." The women mumbled. "If it wasn't obvious, I'm you."

"Uh- repeat that?" Kennedy gaped.

"I'm you. Well, more specifically you in about... two years or so."
