Chapter 14 - Remembering With Troll Piss

Kennedy raced through the halls of the school with blurred vision as her heart rate sped up. She began to sweat and breathe heavily while she slammed into one of the school walls as she round a corner. Upon turning the corner peoples heads shot to see a sweaty and pale Kennedy stumbling about.

Luckily Maisie and Lee were in the hall when they saw Kennedy having a breakdown. Together the two raced to Kennedy's side who was trembling as she took long deep breathes to slow her heart rate down some.

"What happened to you?" Lee asked as he put his hands out nearby her waist just incase he needed to grab her if she fell.

Though Kennedy couldn't seem to form the words she wanted to say as she began to slowly walk forward only to be stopped by Maisie who grabbed her best friends shoulders roughly before she slapped her in the face.

"Maisie!" Lee shout as he watched Maisie roll her eyes. Kennedy sat stunned for a split second before she blinked rapidly and looked to Maisie with a dead expression.

"What the hell?!" Kennedy shout as she rubbed her cheek gently.

"Someone had to get you to calm down before you passed out on us." Maisie mumbled with a shrug before they helped lead Kennedy through the halls.

"But was that genuinely necessary?" Kennedy mumbled as her hands shook every so slightly.

"I guess we'll never know." Maisie state unfazed.

"What happened Kennedy? You look like someone just murdered someone." Lee asked as Maisie gently brought her sleeve to Kennedy's face to wipe some of the sweat that dripped from Kennedy's brow.

"You won't believe it. We need to find Fred and George.. Maisie can you go get Cedric?"

"No can do, sis. He's out with his team for practice. He said he needed to step up his game as captain so he decided to make his extra practice mandatory this week." Maisie explained as the group made there way around a corner toward the grand staircase.

"I'm sure Maisie can fill him in later, okay? Right now we need to figure out what's up with you." Lee state as he gently tug her arm forward to begin their ascend up the stairs.

"I told you, we need to find Fred and George first." Kennedy state as she drug herself up another few flights of stairs before they walked through an entry ways and down a hall where the Fat Lady's picture hung against one of the 'dead end' walls.

"Caput Draconis." Maisie said to the Fat Lady who seemed to eye Kennedy suspiciously before she slowly began to open.

"Oh hurry up women!" Lee sighed before he swung the painting open, getting a shriek from the lady who began to shout at Lee.

"Come on now, hurry in." Lee mumbled as Kennedy trudged into the common room with Maisie and Lee hot on her heels. Upon walking into the room Kennedy spot Fred and George talking as they sat in front of the small common room couch.

Walking up to the two, she walked up to the arm of the couch only to let her legs hit it before flopping directly onto her face without muttering a sound.

Fred and George looked to Kennedy before they looked to Maisie and Lee. They were going to laugh before they saw the serious looks that were upon the two's face's.

"You alright there, Kenny?" Fred questioned fairly amused by the girls entrance, though he held some concern as he watched her laying completely still.

"Uh.. Lee? What did you do?" Fred asked the boy who's face went gob smacked as he heard Fred speak.

"Excuse you," He state as he held a sassy hand up. "Me and Maisie were chatting in the hall when Kennedy round a corner looking like she just walked in on Filch and Mrs. Norris shagging."
