The wind brushed through Kennedy's clean hair smoothly as it blew past her on this warm summer day. A lot had happened within the last few weeks that had past, but Kennedy tried not to pay mind to it all that much and chose to stick where she was at and who she was with instead.
With Dumbledore being crudely murdered by Severus Snape which who he had trust for so long, news on this matter has flown through the wizarding world faster then any news had in decades.
The entirety of the wizarding world has gone absolutely jaw slacken at the news. Nobody had expect such news to be brought up especially in a time such as these. With Voldemort about in the world nobody was sure of what the fate of the wizarding world was. The only person believed to be able to fight the horrid man was Dumbledore himself, other then Harry of course.
So now the real panic began to set in with people both young and old. Everyone was on edge and nobody hardly left there house. Many students who had been enrolled at Hogwarts were suddenly pulled when given the news of Dumbledore's untimely departure.
Parents were worried sick, and the only way they would have let there child continue on at Hogwarts would have been if Dumbledore had still been Headmaster.
But of course, with recent events that was unable to happen.
Along with all of that going on, personal matters have began to take a majority of Kennedy's time and as of late she hadn't managed to get all that much alone time for just herself or with George.
It was like ever since they had left Hogwarts they never were able to spend time with one another. And it genuinely bugged something deep down in Kennedy when she really thought about it.
Her and Arthur had been spending a lot of time talking things out with Remus, Sirius and Tonks alongside Molly to try and figure out the whole 'fugitive' situation. Kennedy knew she could handle it herself, but she had to admit... it was very nice not being forced to do anything by herself.
Because knowing her, she would have had about two dozen breakdowns before she even began to feel like anything she had done was worth it.
Mainly the things she had been trying to figure out with being a fugitive was the big red target she had on her back. Now the Ministry had lightened up in certain area's with chasing her down themselves by tracing her magic, but that didn't mean they had gone easy on her.
As of a day or so ago Kennedy found out that they were offering five-hundred thousand galleons for bringing her in. But here's the catch- for Kennedy at least.
They didn't care if she were alive or dead.
Kennedy thought she was home bound before, but now she was practically yearning for whatever ounce of freedom she had in hand before all this drama started. She wasn't aloud anymore then twenty-five feet off of the Weasley's new property (more so the front door), and she wasn't even aloud an open window so sunlight could get through at Sirius's place.
Lately she had been hopping back and forth to keep some distance between each place just incase, but it was also so she could practice her apparating. She had improved quite a lot since her last fiasco, and now she hardly ever had any problems. Of course she had to apparate with an adult with her or at least a 'buddy' as Molly put it just incase she managed to apparate to new guinea or something.
It was rather obnoxious to Kennedy, but as the years have past she knew better then to argue with the women, especially when it had to do with safety.
Currently she had just arrived at the Weasleys place about a month or so before school was supposed to start for everyone and had been situated in the grass in a lawn chair while she wore a rather flattering flowy white dress that she stole from Ginny who just so happened to be her size.
