"KATE! DON'T!"
"KATE!"
"NO!!"
"Something is wrong"
"MAKE THE CALL PLEASE"
..... 7 hours before......
"So? I'll have a first responder shift with my hot girlfriend?" Laughed Jake as he hugged Kate who laughed And said "you know Andrew would kill you right?"
"Yeah I better just" said Jake taking his arms off around Kate.
"You think there will be lots of calls in?" Asked Kate to Andy who walked in
"Probably yeah. There's been like five already and the storm hasn't strike yet" she said. 
"Where are we supposed to wait?" Asked Jake
"FD will wait outside. Making a tent in one of the trucks. Paramedics will do the same" explained Andy
Jake nodded and walked away towards Kepner
"Kate" said Andy before Kate could leave
"Yep?" She said
"I now you spoke to your mom. But, I really need you to" she said being interrupted
"I'll stay off the road I know" said Kate
"No no no, that's not even debatable. You are not getting even close to a car. I mean I need you to please be careful." Said Andy
"I will be" said Kate
"I'd die if something happened to you." She said hugging her
"It won't Andy" said Kate laughing
As they all walked into en ER they heard Hunt giving a warning
"OKAY EVERYONE! There will be buses, children, families coming in. We need to be quickly and efficient." He yelled
After everyone headed to their jobs somewhere else.
"Kate!" Yelled vic "come help us in the truck. We need to get the tent up"
As they got the tent up there could be yelling heard from the ER
"We are going!" Yelled Callie 
"Callie you need to stay here" said Kepner "roads are closed"
"I don't care" said Arizona
"Arizona please" said Jo standing in front of her
"Wilson move. We are going" she said passing over Jo
"Robbins and Torres you are not leaving" said hunt
"Our daughter is at school." Said Callie
"And she is safe there! Not in your car!" Said kepner
Kate and Andy crossed eyes and moved over there
"Hey. Hey. People are freaking out. What's happening" asked Andy
"We have to go pick up Sofia" said Callie
"Callie that's. You can't. PD just informed roads are closed" said Andy "children are safe at school. Not in a car"
"I'm not leaving her there" said Arizona
"Arizona please" said hunt
"I'm not" she said and both of them moved over passing over all of them towards their car and getting in it.
Kate ran after them with her car keys in her hand being stopped by someone.
"Wow where do you think you're going"said Jake holding her back
"We need to follow them they could" said Kate
"Kate no. You're not going on the road. If they have or want to. It's their right. We have orders not to" said Jake and Kate nodded "keys please" said Jake
"Jake I'm not going to" said Kate
"Keys please" said Jake again
Kate sighed and handed the keys to Jake
"Kate!" Yelled Vic "need a hand here!"
Kate rushed over to the truck "wow what the?" She asked
"We're building a first responder tent before the sun goes down. Mercy west is filled up and station 23 is saturated" said Andy "we've got half an hour before the sun is completely out. Let's pick up the pace"
The tent was huge. The ER was basically saturated, time for the firefighters to act.
"Okay everyone! Ambulance trapped in the road. Two patients incoming!" Yelled Owen
"We've got no more capacity!" Yelled Kepner back
"You'll have to make room" said Owen and walked back into the ER followed by Kate
"Hey Hunt?" Asked Kate
"Yeah?" He answered as he signed papers
"You were in Irak right?" Asked Kate
"Yeah, but a long time ago" he smiled and walked away
Before heading back to the truck tent teddy crossed by
"Teddy!" Yelled Kate
"Hey honey" said teddy
"I need to talk to you" said Kate
Back at the tent everything was a mess. And a big one.
"Herrera! We're out of O2 masks!" Yelled Gibson
"Go get some form the ER!" Yelled Andy back
"Lieutenant!" Yelled Vic
"Yes?!" Yelled Gibson and Herrera
"There's no more room here!" Said vic
"Well make room" yelled Gibson
"We need Maya" said Herrera
"Where's Kate?" Said Jack
Andy looked at the ER and said "getting supplies"
"Need help here!" Yelled Jake who was containing a haemorrhage "Kepner! Need help here!"
"Nicely done Railling" said kepner as they got the patient on a  gurney and into the ER.
Noises. Hundreds of thousands of different types of vibrations, which disturb our brain is so many different ways. Some are specific. Some are generic. The sound of wheels sliding through the pavement, the sound of the car turning and smashing against the pavement upside down. The sound of fire.
Let's call that, a generic sound. Specially the fire among firefighters.
Everyone outside turned around to see. But their faces fell down when they realised whose car ir was.
They are not kidding when they say your not supposed to be on the road while a storm alert. They mean it.
"That" said Kepner
"Torres car" said Owen and they both rushed towards them

"TORRES!" Yelled Kepner
"Can you listen to me?!" Yelled Owen realising there was no answer
"19! secure the windshield. We're rescuing from the front!" Yelled Gibson
"They are both out!" Yelled Vic
"This is going to burst, get them out!" Yelled Andy
"There's gas all over there's no way to contain it!" Yelled Dean
Owen grabbed a gurney and yelled "Get them out we'll stable them inside!"
"Ready to take the windshield!" Yelled Kate
"Count of three" said Dean
After counting up to three Dean, vic and Kate moved the windshield and they could rescue both Arizona and Callie
Firefighters and doctors rushing with two gurneys were some of their best friends were laying down.
"It's gonna burst!" Yelled Andy as she rushed after the gurneys
"Into the tent now!" Yelled teddy
There was movement in one of the gurneys
"Torres lay down" said Jack as he brought every first aid kit for the doctor
"Kate!" Yelled Jake "get O2 masks!"
"CLEAR OUT THE PARKING THE CAR EXPLOSION WON'T BE CONTAINED" yelled Andy through a megaphone
Kate nodded and brought them over
Torres was in despair to get up.
"Torres lay down!" Yelled teddy
That's when Kate saw it. In Callie's hand a school bag tag after the name "Sofia Sloan Torres"
"Sofia!" Yelled Kate
"What?!" Said Kepner
"Sofia! She is in the car!" Yelled Kate again
Everyones face fell down. Pale white Only thinking a child had just died.
Every face except for Kate's who rushed out of the tent running so fast she couldn't be stopped.
"KATE! DON'T!" Yelled Jake in despair and rushed after her
"KATE!" Yelled everyone who was surrounding Arizona and Callie
Andy saw a blur, she thought she was hallucinating the only thing she had promised she'd do. Take care of Kate. "NO!!" Was the only thing she managed to yell with every bit of air she had
Jake's ran was interrupted by Jack who managed to tackle him down into the ground and water kept on falling from the sky
"LET ME GO!" Yelled Jake getting up but was stopped by Dean and Jack.
Kate was lost. Nowhere to be seen now. Seconds for the burning car to burst up. And she was gone.
Mother's instinct is something scientists haven't discovered nor understand yet.
But it was happening, back in Italy. Just coming into the hotel room.
"You need to call Andy" said Carina out of the blue
"What?" Asked Maya confused
"You need to call Andy, call Jack, call Jake" said carina
"Carina what's wrong." Asked Maya then she felt it as well "something is wrong" she said. That's the moment that Carina's face just turned white
