The next morning, I took a shower. I walked out of the bathroom. Derek was still sleeping. I put black jeans and a blue top on. I curled my hair. I walked to Nova's room and she was still sleeping. I went over to her and kissed her head.
"I love you sweet girl" I whispered kissing her head again
I walked out of the room and went downstairs. I grabbed some cereal and milk. I poured it together and grabbed a spoon. I sat down and started eating it. I finished my cereal and started cleaning the bowl out. I heard someone walking down the steps. I dried the bowl and felt hands on my waist.
"Mmm" I moaned softly as he started kissing my cheek
He put his arms around my stomach under my shirt.
"How are you feeling" he asked
"Good" I said
He pushed his body against mine and pushed me against the counter. I could feel his bulge growing in his pants. I put my hands on the counter to hold myself up.
"I'm so happy today" he whispered into my ear
I turned my head and he started kissing my lips. We heard the front door unlocking. We slowly pulled away and he backed up. The door opened.
"Hey sorry I left my wallet here" Alex said
"It's fine" I smiled
He went upstairs.
"I'll um-" I said pointing to the stairs
I walked away and went upstairs. I went to Alex's room.
"Alex" I whispered shutting the door
"Yeah mer" he said grabbing his wallet
"I need a friend tonight. I don't think I'm going back to Boston" I said
"Have you told him yet" he asked
"No" I said
"Let me know and I'll be here past 9pm" he said
"Ok thanks" i said
"Yea" he said walking past me
I went to Nova's room and she was awake.
"Hi sweetie" I said
"Mommmy" she smiled
"Are you hungry" I asked
"Yes" she said
"Okay" I said
I walked out of the room and went downstairs. Derek was making eggs and bacon.
"Hey" he said turning around
"Hi" I said
"So we have to pack tonight" he said
"I know" I sighed
He made a plate for me. I could eat everything. He gave me extra of everything
"I remember your last pregnancy. You ate everything" he said
"I know, it was so bad. I ate so much but it was so good" I said grabbing my fork
I started eating.
"Is nova awake" he asked
"Yeah" I said
He grabbed a plate and walked upstairs. I finished my plate quickly and started drinking my orange juice. I went upstairs and heard water going. I walked into my room and went into the bathroom. Nova was on the sink brushing her teeth, while Derek was shaving his stubble.
