Chapter 83

Derek went to work early to check on Amelia's brain. I was getting ready to head in because he put me on the case with him. I know that we can't be on it because of family, but he has special privileges. Nova and Gracie are staying at the house with Carolyn, Kathleen, Lizzie, and Nancy. I left the house and went to the hospital. I parked and walked in. I changed into my dark blue scrubs and went to Derek's office. I knocked

"Come in" he said

I walked in and there was an intern sitting on the chair in front of him. Her name's Ana.

"It was nice talking with you Chief Shepherd" she smiled holding her hand out

He smiled at her and shook her hand. She left and I sat where she was sitting.

"Okay so we have an hour to look through this, then we will go into the OR and look at her brain from the inside to make sure the CT didn't miss anything" he said

I nodded

1 hours later

I tied Derek's scrub cap and he walked into the OR. I tied mine and scrubbed in. I walked through the doors. I gowned and gloved. I walked over to Derek. He wasn't really doing surgery, so he wasn't going to say his famous words.

"Scalpel" he said

Bokhee handed him a 10 blade and he started cutting. He took her skull flap and put it into a silver bowl and nurses started cleaning it with saline. He started cutting deeper to go to the tumor. I looked away. The intern, Ana, was staring at him. She walked next to me and went closer to him.

"Dr. Shepherd so how are you today" she said

She was obviously flirting. Derek looked at me in then back down into the brain

"I'm doing pretty good. What about you?" He asked

"I'm doing much better because I'm working with a hot man today" she said

"Oh really" he smirked

"Yes" she whispered

"Can you um move. I have to look into the brain to make sure that I didn't leave a clot" I said scooting her away

She moved and Derek looked down at me

"I knew that would get you" he whispered

I knew that he was smiling through his mask. I was mad. I looked back down at the brain and there was a blood clot. I sucked it out.

"Okay everything looks good" he said

The skull flap being taken off relieved a lot of pressure from her brain. He wasn't going to put it back on until her next surgery which would be taking the brain tumor out. We scrubbed out and I went to my lockers. I changed into my regular clothes and drove home. Derek had to stay at the hospital for a while. I walked in and the girls were with their grandma, playing. I went upstairs and went into my room. I cleaned up a little bit and laid down on my bed.

"Meredith" she said

I sighed and got up. I left the room and went downstairs.

"Yes" I said

"I have to go to the hospital. Nancy wasn't feeling good and I have to check on her" she said

"Oh yeah. Go im fine" I smiled

"Thanks darling" she said hugging me

She grabbed her purse and left. I didn't even know that Nancy was at the hospital. I texted Derek about it. Would they even care that Amelia was there right now. I grabbed the girls and left the house. I put them into the car.

"We're going to a trampoline park. How does that sound" I said

"Yaaay" nova yelled

We drove to the trampoline park and I held Grace. Nova held my hand. We walked in and I bought us a ticket. I grabbed our trampoline socks and brought her over to the cubbies. I took her shoes and socks off. I put these socks on her and took my shoes and socks off. I put the trampoline socks on myself and held Gracie tight in my arms. We went to go jump and Nova walked in. I followed her and helped her. Grace was bouncing in my arm. I didn't jump that much. We both jumped for about an hour. This was a great way to make a toddler tired. I drove home and made Nova some food. Derek should be here soon. I fed grace. Nova finished eating and I took them both upstairs. I got them ready for bed and tucked Nova in. She fell asleep immediately. I brought Gracie to her crib and put her to bed. I went into my room and got ready for bed. I heard people downstairs. Carolyn and Derek's sisters leave tomorrow. I'm so ready. I started feeling something. I was kind of horny. Why not wait until he gets back to have some fun. I started reading a book on my phone. He came in about 30 minutes later. I put my phone down. He walked into the room and I smiled at him. He didn't say anything. He crawled on top of me and started kissing his lips. I rolled us over and pulled away. I got up and went to the closet. I grabbed handcuffs. He took his clothes off and I took my shirt and pants off. I handcuffed his hands to the headboard and climbed on top of him.

"You speak when I tell you to" I whispered

I slapped his cheek. He nodded. I took my bra and panties off. I started smiling. I slid down onto him and we both moaned. He started moving up and down. I went faster and he started holding his breath.

"You c-can talk no-now" I moaned

"Mmmhm" he moaned

"Oh yes Mer uhhh" he groaned

He thrusted into me, messing up my movements.

"Why would you flirt with that woman" I said bouncing on him

"It's funny making you jealous" he smiled

I slapped his cheek again

"Ow" he said

I put my hand over his mouth and kept going up and down. Our skin started slapping together. I went faster and I felt my walls tighten. We released at the same time. I got off of him and untied his hands. I laid next to him and he spooned me. We were both very out of breath

"I love you Mer" he whispered

"I love you too Derek" I whispered holding his hand
