Song: If you Love her

(Y/n) POV

'What the fuck? Oh my fucking god... what the hell did I just say? BLOODY HELL. But he didn't understand, right? Calm down (Y/n). Calm down.'

"Go get the others." Ash said to Eiji, making me jump while I paced behind the chair he was in. Eiji gave me a weird look, but did as Ash had asked. I slowly stepped closer to Ash, leaning over the chair again and peering at the screen. "What's Banana Fish?" Yau-Si asked, also looking at the lit up computer screen. "That's what we want to know." Ash replied, softly pressing his head against mine for a second before leaning forwards again. He typed the words, 'Banana Fish' in the search bar. I gasped when dozens of results flashed on the screen, quickly spinning around to see Max approaching. He smiled, standing by my side. "Did you find something?" He asked, positioning himself so he could see the screen.

"It's not..." Ash mumbled with shock. "We were wrong. Banana Fish, it's not a person. This is an analysis table of Banana Fish." By now, everyone else had joined us by the computer. "It's mainly psilocybin and lysergic acid diethylamide. Banana Fish is the name of the drug itself." I stared blankly at the table. "Psilocybin is a drug, that gives the effect of serotonin. It is similar to  lysergic acid diethylamide, or LSD, but weaker." (Please don't quote me on that. I searched it up on google, but this may be incorrect) "But that is irrelevant, as both are inside Banana Fish." I explained with a sigh, resting my forehead on my arms. Ash nodded, agreeing with what I had said.

"The key is probably this 'Inert alkaloid'" Ash continued, pointing at the words on the screen. "There's no data about it. So, what is it and what effects does it have?" Ash sighed, leaning forwards even more in the chair. "So this is what broke Griff down." Max mumbled, leaning in closer to the screen. "So it's a drug, huh. An unidentified one too." I groaned, standing up straight and pacing behind the men as they continued to stare at the computer.

"(Y/n), calm down and come here." Ash smirked, opening his legs again and patting the space between them. He really didn't care about what the others thought, huh. I pretended not to hear him and continued to walk. I saw him pout for a second out of the corner of my eye, it made me smile.

"Hey, uh... Yau-Si?" The man looked at me. "Yes?"
"Do you have a bathroom I can use?" I asked, edging closer to Eiji. "Oh, yeah. Follow me." Yau-Si lead the way out of the room. I grabbed Eiji's arm, making him come with me. "(Y-Y/n)?" He stuttered as I dragged him down the corridors. "It's right here. Do you think you can find your own way back? Or do you want me to wait?" The tall man with hip-length hair asked, twirling the ends of his ponytail. "No that's fine, thank you." I smiled and he left. I then opened the bathroom door, pulling Eiji in with me.

The room was large, everything was made of marble or stone. There was a walk-in shower, big enough to fit at least four people, a sink and a toilet. I didn't actually need the toilet, I just needed to talk to Eiji.

I started pacing the bathroom, walking the length of the mirror before pivoting and walking the other way. "(Y/n)? What's wrong?" Eiji asked nervously as he watched me pace. "I- Uh-" I choked on my own words, starting to panic for no reason. "You what?" The sweet boy asked, now calm. "I- I TOLD ASH THAT I LOVE HIM, OKAY?" I blurted out, louder than I wanted to. "But he didn't hear. I mumbled it into his neck, so he didn't hear." I whined, feeling annoyed but relieved at the same time. "You... you WHAT?!" Eiji squealed excitedly, throwing his arms up in the air. "So, you love him? Really?"
"I don't know!"
"How do you not know?!"
"Cause I've never been in a relationship before, let alone 'loved' someone." I cried, running a hand through my hair. "Sorry, sorry. Let's just go back, I just needed to get that off my chest." I smiled, wiping the single tear that had somehow slipped. When I tried to leave, Eiji grabbed my shoulders. "No, (Y/n). This is pretty serious." I looked at Eiji with wide eyes. I had never seen him this serious. "You should tell him. From what I've seen, he had already taken you as his significant other, even if he never asked or said anything. He seems to like you... like a lot!" Eiji smiled, reaching up yo ruffle my hair. "Okay..." I smiled back awkwardly. "Uh... can we go back now? This is kinda weird?"
"Yeah, let's go."

Ash POV

What did I just overhear? When Eiji and (Y/n) left, I had followed them, claiming that I also needed the toilet. When I got there, I saw (Y/n) and Eiji go into the bathroom together, it angered me honestly. But when I approached, I was shocked ta what I heard.

"I- I TOLD ASH THAT I LOVE HIM, OKAY?" I heard (Y/n)'s muffled yell. She did? She told me that she loves me? When? Oh, is that what she mumbled into my shoulder? "You, you...WHAT?!" Eiji squealed, I could hear his feet jumping around with excitement. "So, you love him? Really?" Yeah, (Y/n). Do you really 'love' me? I smiled to myself, leaning up against the door so I could hear better. "I- I don't know..." She mumbled, just from her voice it was clear she was blushing. Cute.

"How do you not know?!" Eiji argued, still acting over-excitedly.
"Cause I've never been in a relationship before, let alone 'loved' someone." (Y/n) cried. Oh, so I'm her first? Cool, she's mine too.

"Sorry, sorry. Let's just go back, I just needed to get that off my chest." I heard her sigh, stepping closer to the door. I didn't hear anything after that as I was running back to the room, not wanting to get caught.
