Just felt like that needed a TW, anyways~

(Y/n) POV

After countless attempts at freedom, I finally came to the conclusion that I couldn't escape. It was getting late and I was tiring. The last couple days had been stressfull, so much had happened that is was struggling to get my head around it all.

At around 7pm, some guy dressed in a formal suit knocked on my door and came in. He was carrying a tray with various silver plates. He placed them down on the bedside table, then left without a word. I glanced at the food from where I was sat by the window, not really having any interrest in it. Besides, it probably tasted like shit. Not to mention, the lack of trust I had in the people here, it was probably poisoned.

Half an hour later, the same guy came to collect the plates. "Not hungry? You haven't even touched it." He commented, raising an eyebrow at me while he picked up the tray. "It wasn't to my liking." I said back, my gaze still focused outside on the setting sun. "I do appologise. I will tell the Chef." He bowed a little before leaving again, locking the door behind himself. I rolled my eyes, slowly getting up and switching on a little lamp that had been placed by the bed. Its warm glow spread around the room, making it seem smaller than it was. I also drew the curtains once the sun had fully set.

On one wall, there was a pretty big TV, the remote next to it. I flicked through the channels mindlessly, looking for something even the slightest bit interresting to watch. I settled on a documentary about (favourite subject). It was pretty good, and it kept me entertained for a couple hours. By this time, I was starting to get hungry, but I'd sooner starve than eat something that had been made here.

When boredom hit again, I started to look through TV channels again. I kept going until a headline caught my eye, along with a picture of a blond haired boy. I instantly stopped, going back to where I saw it. The screen said 'Breaking News' and under it was 'Deceased Ash Lynx Principle Instigator In Recent String Of Gang Violence'. I froze in my seat, listening intently to the presenter.

"Ash Lynx, 18 years old, was arrested for violence between rivaling gangs. He was badly wounded and was hospitalised. Early this morning, he dies after being transported to the Mental Health Center." My eyes were glued to the screen, flicking between the presenter and the mug shot picture of Ash. I can't lie, I was in shock. My entire body felt numb.

"No..." I whispered quietly to myself, placing a hand over my mouth. "No... no he can't be dead... this isn't right. Somthing isn't right." I mumbled, involintary tears slipping from my eyes. I quickly wiped them away, my mind suddenly coming back to life. Yut-Lung was almost certainly watching this, so he'd come and find me soon. I needed to be readly for when he did.

I stood up, jogging over to the window. "Well, this is gonna hurt." I sighed, striking the glass with my fist. It shattered on the first hit, which was a relief, but my hand was still bleeding. Oh well. I grabbed the sharpest shard of glass I could find and ran to the other side of the room. I pressed my back against the wall, listening for footsteps. Sure enough, the very fain and almost inaudiable ones of Yut-Lung came down. Holding my breath, I waited for the door to open.

As soon as the long-haired man set foot in the room, my arm snaked around his neck, holding the glass shard to his throat. "Don'y move." I muttered into his ear as serveral more footsteps approched. "You're bleeding." The man I had the power to kill at any moment said calmly. "No shit. You're very observant." I spat sarcasticly, getting no response from Yut-Lung. "If Ash finds out  made you bleed, he'll probably..."
"Shut up." I growled before be could finish, pressing the tip of the glass against his delicate throat. A few of men came into the room. I spun around, dragging Yut-Lung with me. "Stand back, or I'll kill him." I said calmly like I had done this a hundred times, which wouldn't be far from the truth. "Put your guns down and step away."
"Do as she says." Their boss commanded, still not trying to move or escape. "I have no doubt that she will kill me if you don't do as she says." All three of the body guards put down their weapons instantly. I nodded in aproval, moving forwards and picking up the one I liked the look of the most.

Pressing the gun I had picked up against Yut-Lung's back, I lead him out the room and to an elevator. I leant forwards momentarily to press the button, before going back to my original position. Yut-Lung said something in a different language, that I could only presume was Mandarin, or some other Chinese dialect.  "What did you say?" I said in his ear, leaning closer so that my breath was cold on his neck. "I said not to hurt him." He responded with what was most likely a lie, but I let it slide.

The elevator doors suddenly opened to reveal Sing Soo-Ling, who instantly took up a fighting pose. But with a simple shake of the head from Yut-Lung, Sing stood back up with a look of confusion. He stepped back into the elevator and descended again, leaving as quickly as he had come.

"Oi, someone get me the keys to the kar I arrived in!" I yelled to the people around me, who quickly scattered to find the keys. It didn't take them long. One man soon returned and placed the metal car keys into my hand. "Okay. Where is it parked?"
"Out front, miss." The same guy replied, gesturing with his hands to 'ouy front'. "Thanks. We'll be going now." I sighed, pressing the gun into Yut-Lung's back to make him walk forwards.

After driving for about half and hour, one hand on the wheel, and one on the trigger, I finally pulled the car over and got out. "Where are you going?" The boy I had riven with asked, also getting out the car. I didn't respond, I just kept walking away. "Ash is dead. There's no where for you to go." He continued, trying to get me to respond. "I won't believe it." I replied, my back still turned to him. "Somethings going on."

"Let me tell you one thing, (Y/n)." I looked over my shoulder. "If Ash is alive, like you say he is, I will be his enemy. I just now decided on it. He and I are like yin and yang. We both had to be strong to survive. Even though we chose different paths. I will become a formidable foe for him. So let me be clear. I will continue to come after you, as long as you are his only weak point." When he had finished, I turned to face him fully and raised the hand gun I had, aiming it at his head. My hand was steady, I could've killed him there and then. "Shoot me. Kill me for Ash." The young man taunted, seemingly unfased. "What's wrong? Ash would pull the trigger without hesitation." I rolled my eyes and lowered my arm.

"No, you're not worth wasting a perfectly good bullet for." I smiled sweetly, truning and walking away. Before I could leave, Yut-Lung shouted after me, "Ash'll hurt himself so you don't get hurt It's not fair, is it? Not fair at all!" I just laughed at him, glareing over my shoulder.

"I'd take a bullet through the head if it meant the people I cared about would walk away unharmed. It goes both ways." I chuckled, finally leaving, for good this time.
