Chapter 57: The End Of Arthur

(Y/n) POV

I moved back up the stairs as fast as I could, which was painfully slow to usual. My limbs felt like they had lead weights attched to them, pulling my body downwards. I knew I wouldn't be able to hang on for much longer, the edges of my vision had started to blur and the world seemed to be spinning. I heard a car pull upnext to me, although it sounded like it was far away. "(Y/n)!" someone called, I looked towards them. It was Bones, leaning out of the back window. "Oi, (Y/n)! Get in!" He shouted again. I heard him loud and clear this time, sliding in next to him on the back seats. 

"Ash... Coney Island..." I muttered, struggling to form words. Kong, who was in the drivers seat, floored the gas pedal, making the car leap forwards suddenly. I groaned, gripping my shoulder as another wave of pain shot through it. "(Y/n)?! Oi, what happened to you?!" Bones asked worridly, carefully removing my hand from my shoulder. He gasped, seeing the amount of blood on my hand. "Fine.... I-I'm fine..." I said, smiling the best I could. "No, no you're not! (Y/n), can I bandage your shoulder? Please?" Bones pleaded, peeling away my dark-coloured and now bloodsoaked jacket. "Fuck." He cursed, gently slipping my shirt down my arm. There was a small first aid kit in the car, filled with mostly bandages. Bones carefully wiped the blood from my skin with a clean bandage, avoiding the wound itself. But not matter how much blood he cleaned up, more just kept coming out. "To hell with this." He muttered angrily to himself, getting two dressings and placing one on each side of my wound, then wrapping a bandage around my shoulder. Then another. And another. I ended up having a total of four bandages tied securly around my arm by the time he was done, and blood was still seeping through.

My vision had blurred more, and was getting worse by the minute. I shivered with cold, desipte Bones placing his own hoodie over my body, with one arm out. "Im cold..." I mumbled, nuzzling deeper into the jumper in an attempt to get warmer. Although I was shivering, a thin layer of sweat had formed over my skin. "Bloody hell, she needs a hospital! Now!" Bones yelled at Kong, who had brought the car to a stop under a railway track. I smiled a little, noticing how Bones had said 'bloody hell', somthing he had no doubt picked up off me. " I know! But... is that Ash? And Arthur?!" Kong shouted back, getting out of the car and joing the crowd. I followed, quickly getting out the car but instantly falling to the ground. "(Y/n)!" Bones yelped, running to my side and helping me up. "Hah... I' not dead yet." I replied, using the car door to help me up. "Oi, Bones. Tell me whats going on. I can't see properly..." I groaned, walking towards the crowd with my uninjured arm slung over Bons's shoulder.

"Ash and Arthr are fighting... one of them is gonna end up dead. Ash is on the right, Arthur on the left." Bones summarized with a sigh, his body tensing under my arm as we pushed to the front. My vision was shifting from normal to a sea of blur as I felt myself lean on Bones even more for suport. I tooking a deep breath in, gathering as much strength as I could. "ASH!!" I yelled as loud as my weakened body would allow. I saw him freeze for a second, creating a window for Arthur to slice his side. I winced as my vision blured again, making it impossible for me to see. I heard Ash scream as everone fell silent. Moments later there was a thud as someones body fell to the ground. I didn't know who's body it was, and I was terrified it was Ash's. That was, until everyone around me started to chant his name.

"Ash! Ash! Ash!" They called repeatedly. I sighed in relief, finally allowing myself to fall unconcious. "Go to Japan with Eiji!" I heard Ash yell from the railway track. "I- I don't want you seeing me like this!" He shouted, just as my body slipped from Bone's arm and too the floor. The last thing I heard was Bone's worried shouts and the wail of police sirens.

Bones POV

Shortly after (Y/n) collapsed, cop cars surrounded us and a helicopter hovered about the tracks. Ash also passed out, falling face first into the wooden track. Arthurs body was loaded onto a stretcher and carried away. Boss was also placed on a stretched and then into an ambulance. (Y/n) lay unconscious next to me, her head in my lap so it was off the ground. She needed medical attention, and she needed it now. "Oi! Miss Paramedic Lady! My friend here has been shot!" I called, catching the attention of one of the paramedics. She ran over to me immediately, kneeling down next to (Y/n) and me. She gently but swiftly lifted the hoodie of mine (Y/n) was wearing, examining the bandages. "You did a good job kid, I think she's gonna be okay. Can I have a name?" The lady asked, as two other medical people lifted (Y/n) onto a stretcher of her own. "Uh... (Y/n) (L/n)." I answered. "Okay. How old is she?"
"17."
"17, okay thank you young man." She patted my shoulder before turning and getting into the ambulance they had loaded (Y/n) into. It was the same one Ash was in, not that either of them knew that. 

Although, it was slightly comforting for me to know they were together. Even if it wasnt for long.

I vanished for a while there... sorry! But I've updated, my friends.
I got back to school soon, so updates may become irregular (even more so than they already are 😅) but I'll try and update regularly
